+Support As long as this is a simple fix I dont see why not. I suggest addition of a cooldown if this is to change though.

-Support The food thing I really see no need for this. The server is semi-serious RP adding this just is not aligned with how the server functions as of right now. While a decent idea for a serious RP server, this is not one of those. Good luck on your suggestion though!

-Support I dont see a reason to change the sabers. Going to just cause more issues then it will fixing any existing issues.

-Support You have no experience with ULX as well as never been gamemaster before. In my opinion this would not be an issue if your event idea was unique and detailed, but it is not. It lacks major detail and seems like something some other gamemaster could through together in 15 minutes. Your lack of knowledge on lore is also a bit concerning if you want to help control the roleplay on the server. I suggest speaking with current gamemasters and get a feel for what they do and reading some more into the star wars lore.

With only one week on the server and have been banned on the server before I think you need more time before applying for a position like this. The event suggested is also not very diverse compared to what anyone else already would do.

-Support You are staff on another community and for that reason I have to not support this application. As far as I remember you can only staff in one community at a time per gaming light policy unless it has recently changed. If you were to resign from the other community then I would relook at the application.

-Support This was almost 2 years ago as you said and you do not remember any of the details. This appeal seems to just be remove this warn please. There is no evidence of why the warn is false or anything of that sort. In my opinion I see no reason of removing it. I wish you the best of luck though!

First off don't think this is something for us to really comment on. -Support because of this: The biggest thing though is this is not even a real suggestion. All you wrote is bring back CAT. Why should we bring it back? "Its CAT" If you want something to be edited or changed explain what it is and why it should be added/added back. This is not even a real suggestion post. Detail is needed for SMT and even players to decide on what is being suggested. For someone like me who was not here for all the old Sub departments it can get confusing. When I saw CAT I thought you wanted to add construction machinery produced by CAT. my final remark will be to spell check these suggestions before posting it.

-Support I like you as a person, but in my opinion you are not staff material. I am in sits with you quite often and I have had to warn you recently as well. You can be quite disrespectful in chat at times to players and can be quite a minge on occasion. You are fun to hang with dont get me wrong, but it is not what is really looked for in a staff member. You also just had a report on you today or yesterday so all in all I do not think you are ready for a position like this.

It is VERY strong and makes it impossible for criminals to win when 2+ of them are thrown. If the grenade is to remain in the game it needs regulation. -Support: 10 seconds is fine. It creates a use for the grenade. The effect is fine as long as it remains regulated

+Support Plat cost a good amount of money for very few cars. I think 1-3 new unique cars would be nice to see for the plat players.

+Support As a gov main I have to agree with the suggestion still. This argument of "We have to catch crime" is crazy to me. Why does everyone keep saying that? We have stun guns, Soooooo taze them? like what? Nerfing gov speed you would still be faster then crim. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to join the support team for a few reasons. One is to better myself and my abilities. I have held many positions in my time and support team is one that I have yet to hold. Icefuse has this team for a while until they became obsolete with Corvs forums sync update. I was a Discord mod for icefuse so I did spend some time helping in that fashion though. I am also looking to do more in the gaminglight community. My goal is to hit SMT and in order to do that I have to show my worth. A great way of showing my worth is the flexibility and being able to fill the positions that are needed no matter the area. I think it is important to always give out a helping hand when needed so that is what I plan to do. I think all around this department will not only help me grow myself and my experience on this community but also help the team with my previous experiences for other communities and using that information to help better the experience on this community. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? I believe I am trustworthy due to all the positions I have held in the past with both Gaminglight as well as other communities. I am a current gaminglight moderator and have never been warned on all of the gaminglight servers I have played on including imperial, SCP, and policerp. Here is a list of my previous experience that has entitled my trust over the years in other communities as well as cemented my vast array of experience. My staffing experience is quite extensive. so much so that it would take a very long time to list all of it out, so I will summarize. Icefuse Networks Icefuse was my most recent project. I worked quite hard for them for some time before resigning from the community early 2022, due to several factors. I held many different positions as well as had many jobs during my time. Tmod-SNRmod Due to it being my first time staffing in quite some time I started at the rank of tmod. After a week I was a mod and it did not take me long at all to reach senior mod. Due to my quick work and dedication to their community I reached SNRmod after about 2-3 weeks of mod. Icefuse requires all staff to be in a subdivision of staff called trainer. Trainer had a rank structure. Trainer member, officer (5-8 people out of 50-80), lead (1-2 people) and then Manager (1 person for the entire server). At the rank of mod I was promoted to officer and at SNRmod I was promoted to lead. I ranked up the fasted anyone had in trainer to date. Admin-EA I spent the most of my time as Admin of Imperial. Admin was a hard rank to get past considering we had no active DVL on the server so there was a clog in the system. I reached admin after about 3 weeks of senior mod. I was promoted to trainer manager the same week. I worked very hard as an admin and achieved EA after about a month and a half. Trainer Manager I was promoted to trainer manager as an admin. All trainer managers besides me were Head Admins, but I was just a base admin already getting the rank. I ended up severing the longest term out of any manager for trainer until my resignation in 2022. I was one promotion away from being pulled off of Imperial and becoming an Affairs Executive of Ice fuse Networks (Higher then manager of gaming light) During my time as TM I created the largest and most efficient trainer team in the entire community of servers. My team was recommended by the executives weekly. I hosted 3 large meetings a week as TM for my department. Head Administrator All of my hard work finally paid off when I was selected to become a head admin of icefuse. I was assigned different jobs during my staff in this position, but I will summarize the main responsibilities. I was assigned two departments (Consisting of 2-4 regiments) to manage for the server. I conducted staff interviews and read and approved all the staff applications. I was the Head lead for ban appeals and player reports. All ban appeals for the server went through me and I either reduced, denied or accepted all appeals. I also conducted small roleplay interviews for the community as well as hosted the weekly staff meeting if the sector lead and DVL were not able to make it. Sector Lead (Gaminglight Head of staff equivalent) After a few months as a HA, I was given a chance to become a sector lead. This rank was very hard to get due to the community only allowing 1-2 maximum at a time. During my time a sector lead I basically worked a job. I had thousands of docs to approve. I had 4 offices that I hosted meetings with daily. I rank 50% of the server and the other sector lead ran the other 50%. It was a very long and hard time, but I loved every second of it. Division Leader (Gaminglight Manager equivalent) Due to personal events and some actions that happened internally in icefuse networks I resigned from the community after serving a few months as sector lead. I was second in line for the position of Division leader when I left. SMT was my home, I loved running the community more than anything in the world to be honest. I miss it a lot, that is why I am attempted to climb the ranks to SMT here for gaming light. Imperial Roleplay On this server I started from a ST went to Scout commander, then to Gamemaster. I worked from being the smallest Gamemaster on the server to their most well known, then becoming the Server Manager for the Imperial RP division. I ran the server for a while recruiting new admins and GMs, until finally leaving about a year and a half later due to issues with the owner. First Community The first community I worked for on gmod was years ago. It was a VERY popular server and we had 70-100 people on daily. I started off as a tmod and ranked up to community advisor (gaminglight head of staff equivalent) and server about a year in that position. I will not go super into detail about this community due to it no longer existing for the past few years. I resigned before its downfall, but 2-3 years after I left they did shut it down. Other ventures I've been moderator/admin for several communities over the years from Dark RP to Clone Wars to Harry Potter, I've done it all. Worked for companies such as NewAgeGaming, StarByStar, as well as others. I have also Co owner and managed a network of star wars RP servers years ago. Edit: For the people who say my experience means little from Icefuse due to their size, let I remind you that servers such as Icefuse Clone wars still rank higher then all but SCPRP. While my connection with the community is over, due to several reasons, they are still running hitting 70-100 pop a day. As of this post mid day they are at 100 players for one server and the others are 60+ and this is without AFK dedicated jobs. I respect the dedication to your own community, but stating that others experience does not mean much do to it being with a competitor is quite disconcerting.

In my opinion if he has been blacklisted for 10 months for MRDMx5 I would allow him back in on a probationary period. Keep him under water and make sure the behavior isnt repeated. A perma blacklist for that is quite excessive. +Support for the blacklist removal

-Support This feature is something a lot of people paid to have. Giving it to non donators would result in donators being scammed out of what we paid for. I understand your issue, but if you really dedicate this much time to the server, then gold really is not that expensive. I know that I bought plat mainly for all the building perks for situations such as this one. I do no think it would be wise to just give this feature out as compared to how it is currently given out.

+/- Support We would all love to see a map change, but as it stands right now they are working on it from what I have been told. Not sure the map we are going to next, but I think that has already been looked into.

+/- Support +Support I have played on servers with this job and I loved it. I had some of the most fun I have ever had playing on jobs such as this one. Would increase donations by a substantial amount if added to the plat tier -Support Massive issue is this is NOT Dark Rp, Zeeptin has made it clear he has no intentions of ever making it more like dark RP. Another large issue is from what I understand this has been discussed in the past. SMT and Zeeptin made it clear that no terrorist job or roleplay would be allowed as to subject younger minds to situations of intesnse nature such as these. Final decision: -Support - While I understand the premise. This has more cons then pros from a larger view.
