It being a perm already creates an issue for a ban appeal, but due to the time frame I do not see them acknowledging this request, especially with the lack of information given on this appeal. If you truly missed the server, then you would have appealed when the ban happened, not years later. -Support

What you want to see? - The locations of the general stores to be rotated: Cinema Moved to Casino Tow Yard Remains the same Taco Bell Remains the same due to the difference of multiple entry points BP Remains the same Tavern Moved to Grocery Other possible locations include: Somewhere in industrial or subs, shell station (uppercity), Outlets (uppercity tunnel) Locations are subject to SMT decisions, these are just my thoughts on possible locations Why should we add it? - The current locations are getting quite stale on both the Gov and Criminal sides of things. It would be nice to see some new opertunities arise from a rotation of a few of the stores. What are the advantages of having this? - I am aware a new map rotation is being worked on, but this would help tide over the population of the server with some change while we wait for the map rotation. Before you -1 or deny, I am aware this has been denied in the past, but believe in what I have to say about the suggestion. What you want to see? - Mansion unblocked and allowed for use again Why should we add it? - Currently we have a large building in a prime location not being used at all. The workings of said building are amazing and are not being utilized at all. I understand that their were some concerns about mansion in the past resulting in its removal, but I think with SMT helping work on mansion we could be able to reopen it once again. It is a prime location that is just being looked over complelty. Currently there is a massive basing issue. No one really wants to base as of right now and it is hurting both criminals and gov. GOV can not perform raids really anymore which is killing FBI, and not allowing for it to be properly utilized. This is also hurting criminals by not allowing them the chance of raiding other criminals bases. Most of this is due to the flooding of money due to the banking interest system, but I believe it can be solved by mansion. This building would allow criminals to build a stronghold if you will, to better protect against massive gov raids. As it stands right now it is really hard to defend current base locations, but I believe this would be different. What are the advantages of having this? - I believe that the advantages outweigh the issues addressed when it was first closed. I think with proper use it would be an amazing addition to spice up the current stale status of the map. You could even add regulations to basing at mansion into the MOTD if SMT is still worried about certain things involving the location. What you want to see? - CERT to be listed as primary TAC for all jailbreaks: CERT would be in charge of all jailbreak attempts just as SRT, DF and SWAT are in charge of General stores, banks, etc. This is not officially in place or followed and is why I am suggesting it Any CERT no matter the rank would have priority calls over all TAC for jailbreaks Excluding PD high command like how it is for Gen stores Why should we add it? - I mean I think it is kinda common sense. CERT is named Correctional Emergency Response Team, why would they not have priority over their own department? That is like saying PD should have priority over SWAT for gen stores. What are the advantages of having this? - Increase CERT Population, as well as RP for CERT members. Would decrease TAC randomly running in guns blazing. What you want to see? - Court Rules adjusted to better suit the desires of the community as a whole: Arresting Officer Rule Change Arresting Officer can pass his/her information to the prosecution (The District Attorney) as well as evidence and then go back on duty DA Must be online to do this option Can not just give information to the judge then leave Time Limit Addition At this current time court cases can last upwards of 45+ minutes and if involved you are trapped there for that long. I believe it would be best if there was a time limit set on how long a court case should last. Of course I think in special scenarios we can still have long court cases, but a 1 second crime should not equal an hour court case due to stalling. Max Jail time post trail 5 year sentence max for people who participate in a trial Why should we add it? - Arresting Officer Rule Change 25% of Gov want nothing to do with court rp, while I love it some people hate it Many gov refuse to arrest people who commit a crime due to the fact of they do not want to go to court due to a judge being online This change would still allow for court rp to proceeded as usual, but would allow the officers who do not like this RP to go about their day doing the RP they enjoy If more information was needed from the arresting officer he could just be summoned to court for testimony then leave rather then staying the entire time The trial would be handled by the DA like it is in real life. Time Limit Addition Would allow trials to be completed at a quicker pace rather then one or two people stalling for an hour. Would allow for more trials to take place rather then just a single one that is crazy long. Max Jail time post trial Currently their are no guidelines in the MOTD about how long someone can be put in prison after being found guilty. I think this should be changed due to how long the average court case lasts. Normally the person spends 4x their sentence already in the court room. This would encourage criminals to request a case allowing for more court RP with less 8 year sentences This would not mess with RP, due to the court being allowed to RP out a longer sentence, but only giving the person 5 or less years. What you want to see? - Adding the job bundle back to the store Why should we add it? - Currently the only people able to play on the bus driver and truck driver whitelists are people who bought the bundle before it was removed. I am asked on a daily basis how to get the job, and I think we are missing possible RP by not allowing it to be purchased. On a LLC perspective, you would be making more money off of another purchase that players are wanting on the server. Use the tow truck driver as an example. That class went from never used to 2-3 drivers online a day in the past week. What are the advantages of having this? - More use from jobs on the server already. I was told it was removed due to the taxi driver whitelist being broken, and if that is the case just remove that job from the bundle and reduce the cost for just the two instead of 3 jobs, or just sell the two separately. +Support With the proper guidelines I do not see why it should be treated differently then any other branch. Just make sure custom models are not allowed and with that factored in you would be just fine.

-Support While a good idea in theory, everyone would just combat heal. You would be asking for the removal of the combat heal rule, which I dont see SMT agreeing with. While some communities allow combat healing as long as it comes from medical staff and involves roleplay, gaminglight does not. With this being said I have to go against the suggestion.

+Support As long as a system is put in place to prevent abuse then I see no issue in this idea. Would add plenty more roleplay and less /me actions.

+ Support He is good at what he does and I see no reason he should not be given the chance of achieving a higher rank. While I understand the implications of activity, you have to remember he is an Aussie and is 16 hours ahead of EST. He will not be online the same as everyone else. He is also online more than some of the people higher then his position, so either way the argument is irrelevant at times. He has been in the position for 4-5 months, most are in it for weeks. If you dont promote him now then its obvious you have no plans on doing it at all, which I believe he should take into account.

What you want to see? - The Following changes: Class two fire arms my be made legal with license by President Common belief that this is already allowed, but it is not in the MOTD Vice President may also give out gun license You may charge 25k for license for personal use and 50k for distribution of class 2 More concrete rules for President assassination Murders may not murder the president They can kill him but must be an assassination attempt not a murder, this must follow the assassination guidelines Why should we add it? - Right now the president can not really do all that much. These improvements to the MOTD would create a more concrete definition of the roles of president for all players. It makes no sense that the mayor of the city has such little power on the server. I do not think he should have a ton, but these small changes I think would be helpful. You can also support some but not all of these changes! What are the advantages of having this? - Would create more of a reason for people to want to play on the president whitelist. This would also create more for the PPD to do in turn and allow new players to make more money legally gun dealing then before. What you want to see? - The ability to see chat while dead. Why should we add it? - There are times where you can be dead for quite some time fit he active situation is long. In the past we would just talk in OOC etc to kill the time. Even read the chat to see what was going on. With the new deathscreen you can still type in chat but you can not see the chat or even what you are typing. A example of this is when players are dead and waiting for revive and EMS says that they may revive due to EMS being in a staff sit. These players can not read that message due to not being able to see chat. This would be a good change for situations like that. The Meta gaming rules would still be in place and it worked in the past. What are the advantages of having this? - Quality of life change Who is it mainly for? - Everyone Links to any content - N/A

What you want to see? - UI feature added to the death screen while people are waiting for revive. This system would display the closest medic to them in either feet or meters (Which ever one SMT wants). Why should we add it? - It is a quality of life change really. Anyone that plays EMS has times where they are yelled at "WHERE IS EMS???" "HOW FAR ARE YOU EMS??" I think a system showing a distance of the closest EMS will help dead players be at ease when it comes to waiting for revival. MANY games have this feature. A refereance would be the revive feature in the battlefield games, it shows the nearest medic's name with distance from the body. I know this would need to be coded and created, but I do think it would be a nice quality of life change in the next larger update. What are the advantages of having this? - Players can see where the closest medic is online and not have to get angry over them not showing up.
