This makes guns with high recoil nigh unusable and should be addressed and fixed ASAP

-Support Don't see any point in removing the extractor from donator jobs, especially Thaddeus a lvl 3 personnel that only lvl 100+ can access. Radar job has too much HP AP, and has more than any rp branches combative jobs, AMCU having 175 175, EMP having 150 175, and Sawbones having 175 150.

-Support This would take away from maintenance which already has so little. Also can't you just buy charges from the armory? If not adding that would be fine

Longbow does 374 to the head, 187 to the body and 46.8 to limbs, the contender does 195.5 to the head, 97.8 to the body, and 24.4 to limbs, that is a huge difference, the only security jobs that can survive a longbow headshot are SCMD+, Wardens Praetor, and HIRU. D class still take over d block a lot, and it is supposed to be security sided. As a person who plays on d class and riots a lot, this is too much -Support
