-support for a tablet/PDA as I feel that'd be too easy, with the counter being a level 100 job that not many people like playing due to the lack of cameras on this map. What would be fire AF tho is if there was a big screen in the surveillance room that'd track these things so MTF still have a way to monitor self breaches besides the adverts above without it being too easy to track them. Would give some purpose to a room that is almost never used and there'd be a reason to actually have someone stationed there for it's intended purpose. Maybe allow 079 to hack the surveillance room instead too to shut down the screen?

-support on it being a full separate department as only a small amount of players ever joined dispatch, with dispatch meetings typically being around 3 people tops when I was in it. HOWEVER, I do +support it becoming a specialty job within PD that you could get trained for at SGT+ (with PD Low Command overseeing it), this solution would ensure two things listed below. Since it wouldn't be a department in any capacity, it could have only a necessary amount of slots (like 3-4 ish). We wouldn't need to worry about it having the activity of a department but rather a much smaller requirement which it could more than likely fill. While the rank to join would've been increased from before (when dispatch existed it was SNR+ to join), I feel more people would join when compared to before as there wouldn't be the commitment to be active on the specialty, just to follow an SOP while on it. This would cause more people to try the job out as they wouldn't need to worry about punishments if they don't find the job fun. Those who find it fun will provide consistent disciplined radio communication between all of gov and those who don't find it fun will just stop playing. This means the situation is a win-win for everyone who gets trained for it.

Well I’m willing to bet a lot of you saw this coming for a while now, some of you I likely told I was going to do this for ages. IMost of y’all also noticed I’ve gone quite inactive recently rarely coming in game and handling most SA stuff outside the server whenever possible, this is mainly due to a severe burnout that started during my days as R&D HCMD, I’d sometimes spend entire days just trying to come up with ideas to keep R&D alive & interesting (and made Site Admin suffer through many of my essays). Ended up thinking of so many ideas early on that I just ended up creatively bankrupt a few weeks after I got General and it showed. I’ve wanted to leave for a few months now due to returning to college soon as well as this, but stayed a little longer solely to ensure both branches would be in a decent spot before I left to avoid a repeat of what nearly happened to R&D back in June. If I do ever come back I’ll likely just be an EOI main at SVA and chill. Now time for shoutouts: SMT: Bop- Man if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have come back to SCPRP for a long time. Appreciate you convincing me to return, even if just for a visit that ended up getting me hooked to CI. Also greatly appreciated all you did for R&D, helped us evolve for the better. Phill (From PoliceRP)- Not sure if you’ll see this but one of the best SMT this community has ever seen. From the days you were FBI Director till now, you were always a real one that made every experience an enjoyable one, hope you are living the good life man, absolutely deserve it. High Command: Pills- Cracked af CI Commander. I really hope you get General next, one of the hardest working people I know within CI. Genuinely one of the best hcmd I’ve seen in a while, also Ohio isn’t real. Kiwi- Amazing Lieutenant Commander, I know you and Pills will keep Mil alive & well once I am gone. Hope the Air Force is going well for you! Alex Donwood- Man you always had the weirdest shit to say every time we met, regardless I know you have what it takes to keep R&D thriving. Hope you are able to continue the projects we had in mind when I am gone. Zachary- I know you just got hcmd but I know you & donwood are gonna do great things when I am gone. Smitty- Man you managed to turn one of the dumbest things I ever did into one of the best things to ever happen to the agencies & EOI. Sucks it took so long to implement everything though.
