+support he is so active I have no clue how he does it, not only is he a senior admin he is an ET, AND a Forums Diplomat. Has a good application, 479 words so it highly exceeds the 150 word limit. Good scenario questions. He is a HCMD and has a lot of experience. Authoritive, mature, and nice. Overall fit for staff!

+support Great guy, god he is so friendly. He is also so good at staff, I have been Tmod for 2 days and he trained me, did a GREAT job training me and when ever I need to go flag on to E11 (I am a E11 main and I can not flag up since Tmod removes that permission) he force jobs me. He is VERY mature and can be authoritive if he wants. Good scenarios, nice application. TBH I see nothing wrong with giving him this rank.

Having a bad control of emotions is not a good thing, and even if you are working on it does not mean that you do not have them. Someone with bad control of emotions should not be staff in my opinion as they might do something they do not mean. It is a fast reply and it gets quick to the point, you are known to be a minge. Staff can not be a minge when it comes to things like sits and situations. (this was not suppose to offend anyone, this is just my true opinion)
