What was, if any, the first warn you received on GL
Shin replied to STONKSMAN's topic in General Discussions
Dano warned me for RDM | LTAP. Then Weiss registered the ban. Then I got on SCP-RP more. -
+SUPPORT Was gonna remain neutral until this happened. Literally, what the actual hell? The attitude towards the child? Let me say it here again, a kid, kids that we all know makes mistakes and are troublesome should not deserve this sort of yelling. Honestly feel bad for the kid that he had to deal with something like this. A staff rule was broken: “Always remain calm during a sit” Which clearly isn’t shown here, just constant swearing at a child.

You post this in the Custom Job-SCPRP down below on the forums. Not on bug reports, bug reports are bugs from the server that the general community play on or use on. Custom jobs are different.

+support very dedicated to maintenance

+SUPPORT Low Command Member! 0 warns! Little man! Logical and smart answers to the scenarios which I would have also done compared to me being Trial moderator.
-
-SUPPORT Uh that kinda seems too overpowered? Why not just make it so 343 cannot be involved or see any CI/MTF interrogation. And if you suggest something like this for the benefit of the foundation with the use of a noclip sweep, maybe Gamma Command can request 343 to know how the foundation is doing, their forces, their numbers. Though that’s a stupid idea. Anyway, it’s too op.

+Support Honestly, it’s pretty easy to locate and keep damaging 682 with the cloak advantage. And then 682 can’t do anything about it because it’s ‘FailRP’ if he kills the cloaked player.

-Support Though you seem like a nice guy, I recommend playing this game for a month or 2 to get to know the community a lot. I haven’t seen you around at all. And also, T-Mods are not able to register the 5 day ban, you must request an Admin+ to ban him.

+Support He’s been in maintenance for a long time

For me, it was getting staff on this server. I was fairly new to Gmod and started playing during late January. I’d never thought I’d be a moderator and had a lot of people supported me.
-
-Support From what I’ve seen, you’ve only played for a couple of weeks, maybe 2-3? In which my opinion, isn’t really enough. I recommend playing for a month or 2 to get to know the community. I did had some bad interactions with you while you were a gensec heavy. Though they weren’t enough to the point a sit was brought upon. Still, get to know some people and try not to have a bad impression with them.

+SUPPORT From what I see here, this all seemed to be a joke that everyone joined in. Even though Noah didn't want him warned for it, Piller had the option to warn him but shouldn't have. I feel like this warn was uncalled for because like I said, everyone seemed to be in on it with the joke. Everyone was completely fine with it. The HSUs didn't even complain about it, they just did the regular old interrogation. And due to community support from the forums, this warn should not have been given and should be removed ASAP. I was also involve with Loki's sit about talking to Pillercat, though Pillercat didn't want to be involved because yeah, Loki should just appeal rather than talk to Piller about it to save time, I had to step in and help Loki contact the person "Eaten" guy to do the best I can to help Loki appeal, not because I had any bias, it is because if he needed my help to appeal it to gather evidence, I would have to help him. "Well I can't undo it now." - This quote tells me that if Noah told Piller that he didn't want him warned sooner, all of this wouldn't have happened. Just a thought.

1. What’s your In-Game Name? ShinSpin 2. What’s your SteamID (e.g. STEAM_0:1:55975235)? STEAM_0:1:511647189 3. What is your Rank? Maintenance Expert 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received? 0 5. How many warnings do you have on GL? 1 [ RDM | LTAP ] 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? 9 7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I am honestly active on Maintenance everyday. Because of my Maintenance Expert rank, I practically have experience and seniority with dealing with troublesome maintenance personnel in the past and reported it to Command. I decided I wanted to personally do it myself to not waste anybody's time. Well not just to punish players breaking SOP rules, I can also help them answer any questions about the Maintenance branch due to my experience as Staff. I also have Command experience from Epsilon-11 (Though not senior/high command experience) as a 1LT and dealt with players breaking SOP rules. I had thoughts about applying for Command and now that the slots are free, though sadly, they came at a cost, I think it is my time to step up and help other Maintenance command dealing with maintenance topics. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? Attempt to arrest the trainee and put him back to the training room, depending on how bad he broke the rules, it will be either be a talking to or a DNT. If the trainee resists or I cannot locate his position, calling staff is the best option (to talk to him in person) and the trainee will be put on a DNT during the sit. And then I'll either demote him or the staff will demote him. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I mean I have no problem with it as long as everyone is okay with it. But if I have to step in, I would tell them to cut it out. If they continue to keep RDMing each other in bunks, I will definitely cuff them all and strike them because I have already told them once to cut it out. Further escalations such as shooting me or escaping cuffs will have a staff involved to discipline them. Depending on their rank, I will have to request Low Command+ to strike them. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? Instant removal due to 1 strike policy for Junior Maintenance. If he passed the test, he should know most of our SOP rules and know how to properly use tools. And maybe a talk to the trainer who trained him to heavily enforce the Maintenance SOP next time. If I see more incidents like this, this would have to be a talking about it during Maintenance meeting.

I'll miss you very much. Will always love hearing your progress from lifting weights and improving your physical body.

Thanks for training me for Containment Specialist.

+SUPPORT Yeah, sounds kinda scummy to be honest to just wait 5 minutes, call staff, and ruin player's fun for the SCPs. I've done it before and I've also experience it. But I actually never thought about bringing it up in the forums.

+Support ACMs have access to them, why not MMF?

i mean with low forums activity you cant really talk The fact that you said something like that. Even if he has low forums activity, he has an option to either +support or -support. -SUPPORT
