Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? : There are many reasons why I want to join the staff team, a couple of them are because of the roleplay scenarios, and those who are involved with helping the community. The staff team is always assisting players with any kind of issues that are happening. I personally think that being able to be a role model for the new players, and being able to help them out with whatever issue has popped up is what draws people into the team. I’ve played a lot on the Gaming Light SCP RP server recently, and the staff and members seem pretty chill and are always down to have a fun time. I want to become a bigger part of this community to help keep the server fun, engaging, and to encourage new people to stay around, which is how it seemed to me when I first joined. Whenever I first joined the server, the people who trained me into the GENSEC were really nice and inspired me to continue playing on the server. Seeing how the staff team does their job, and how they help out the community is the main inspiration on why I want to join the staff team. To inspire other players to stay on the server like I did, and maybe, in the long run, they too will be inspired to join the staff team.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would try to calm them down as much as possible to get it to where we can talk without him/her over talking me and if he keeps cursing at me I would get a higher rank staff member to ban him for 7 day ban for mass RDM and Staff disrespect.
You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: Try to explain to them why they been pulled to the sit and try to make them more understanding of the situation. To ease the situation and to mute and unmute players one at a time so not everyone's not talking at one time.
