As a medical personnel most of my time was spending in LZC and D-block to heal Security and every body passing by that need help. Although i love my job and really having fun in medical, but I never get a change to went to hcz as a medic to give support to all those in need. Although it state that i can clearly roam around hcz but really never have a change to interact with anyone at all. Without a doubt, SCP and GOI are really pain in the ass for mtf and what more hateful is if MTF die, they have to wait nlr and walk back from ez or maybe even surface. At first, in my mind, I wasn't having a thought become cmd on any branch at all, I simply play for fun and want to meet new people and talk, the game is just like a place of releasing all my stress from life from time to time. Now i want to make that pure luck into pure skill of helping making medical a better branch. Also, watching many of old scholar resigning from medical make me really sad so I want to do something for medical even though I don't know what will it be. 8-1. Field Work is one of the best branch, you can now revive people with your defib charge, you see dead people? revive them, the only down side is that you can not revive dead personnel in D-bock and always remember combat healing is a thing, that mean you should not heal people after 6s of the fight. You are now allow in D-block all the time inside the utility station and when you reach a higher rank you can go to hcz all the time. Well, firstly, I will try to calm the player down and ask for the reason of the mass rdming. Sometime, there will be unfortunate accident so if the player is calm and kind enough to explain the situation, I will gave em a first warning strike of MRDM then explain what will happen if he/she will do it agian, but if the player is keep harsh/no talking, I will have to ban em. Either of the situation, I have to call Admin+ next to help me and I will try to assist the Admin. If things are going badly, it is up to the Admin+ to decided. For the victim(s) who reported it, I will explain shorty the situation said feels sorry for them to deal with it, then I will tp them back to their original place. I actually encountered about one situation back in 2019, where a small unknown youtuber is playing on the server and keep rdm/annoy people for views. He simply didn't care about what punishments he will recieve. So what best for me to handle the situation is first, always give them a second chance of doing it agian and give em a warning, and then, quietly cloaked to observe him. For the next 10-30m, if that person is doing good and get along with everyone else, case solve, but in the situation where he/she just doesn't care, I will called Admin+ to help me with the situation, give him a ban of the length that Admin+ will decided. I believe that everybody have should have their second chance, but after that, there will be no more.
