I am a Senior Admin in Imperial RP How often are you online on the forums? I am on the forums every day from 1-2 hours Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe I am qualified to be a forums diplomat because for one I am pretty active on the server and love to play and help people as much as I can. Next, I am pretty responsible and professional whenever dealing with Staff/RP issues. Finally I believe I have pretty good judgement and common sense in most situations. Would you consider yourself to have good judgment? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I would consider myself having pretty good judgment I believe this because due to my RP rank I am constantly making decisions for my battalion and the people in it an example is when there was a person in my battalion that was a very good player and would always do what’s best for the battalion and was very active and I had to make a very difficult decision when the player did a very bad thing that could get him banned and even though I really liked the guy I used my judgment and I decided to do the right thing for the server and probably the battalion and remove him from the battalion and ban him. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming on various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? If there is a situation where a user is spamming on multiple topics I would politely ask him to stop and say he could get a forums warning if he continues. If he keeps spamming I would contact the Head Diplomat (Nimo) for a forums warning. and if the spam was getting intense or was harmful in any way I would hide the content. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? If two users are arguing with each other aggressively first I would message them "forums diplomat message. Please keep messages on this topic as + or - supports. If the arguing persists this topic will be locked and handed over to SMT.” after that if they continue to argue I would hand the post over to the Head Forum Diplomat AKA Nimo and if he’s not available I will go to another member of SMT to lock the topic.
