Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I deserve this rank, because of my desire to help the community, by helping in the following ways to improve the community. Staffing for and improving the GMT+ community will insure everybody no matter their location, can have a good time on Gaminglight's SCP-RP server. I plan to help improve the Gaminglight's SCP-RP GMT+ community in the following ways. Being an active player in the GMT+ time zone will help me take sits on the server at times other staff can't. Being active on the server in GMT+ community, helping build a good image of myself in the communities eyes. I am very patient and will never lose my cool during a sit, instead of getting angry I will help both sides become/remain cool, calm, and collected. I can help other eastern Europeans that don't have a lot of experience in English, because I have also had the same struggles they may be having. Hopefully the following reasons qualify me to be apart of Gaminglight's SCP-RP staff team.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first calmly ask them to calm down, if they still continue cursing at me I would be forced to gag them. After them calming down or being gagged I would ask the sit reporter for their side of story, then check the logs. If the logs match up with the sit reporters claims I would proceed to explain to the offender that they will be banned for 5 days, and why they are being banned. After this I would warn them via their steam id for MRDM, promptly contacting any admin+ to issue them a 5 day ban. If no admin+ is online I would fill out a ban request providing proper evidence for their offenses.
