  3. What is your In Game Name? Stevie What is your In Current Rank? Specialist What is your Agent Name? High Rise How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad? 2 Days Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [75+ Words] I want to become an NCO in Inferno Squad for two main reasons, the first being to assist Inferno Squad with both leadership as well as tryouts, and the second being to prepare myself for my future on Gaming Light. I remember first joining IF on one of my first weeks on the server and honestly, I didn't know what I was doing at all. I decided to leave, because I felt that I didn't have the experience or confidence to make it in IF. I intended to join back later on in my GL career, and after now spending a few months playing on the server daily, I believe that I have what it takes to make it far in Inferno Squad and improve the battalion as much as I can along the way. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [30+ Words] The first and main duty of NCO's in all battalions is to do tryouts, being followed by generally leading and being an example for the enlisted. Luckily for Inferno Squad, doing tryouts are always one of my favorite things to do on the server. I personally believe that the tryouts I conduct are of high quality that will only allow competent, intelligent, and efficient individuals to join one of the elite battalions of the ISD. I will also be sure to work with both new and hardened enlisted to make sure all Agents are up to date with their duties, responsibilities, and expectations. How many strikes do you have? None What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad Command Team? I bring many helpful and useful qualities that will be very helpful in my life as an Inferno Squad NCO. Before Joining IF, I was a Commander in the Imperial Navy, and also an MO. Both of those former positions prove that Naval command believed that I was both capable and worthy of performing tryouts and leading enlisted members. I am also a current Lieutenant Colonel in the 501st Legion, and am a member of the ARC team. My time in 501st and ARC specifically have led to me performing multiple interrogations successfully, as well as other special forces related tasks such as hacking and infiltration. In addition to those skills, becoming an Officer and ARC means that I am more than capable on handling tryouts and leading more than just enlisted, but also junior officers. Understand that if I am accepted as an Inferno Squad NCO, I will not enter the position with any arrogance or superiority. I know that I will still just be an NCO and will treat my superior NCO's and Officer's with the utmost respect as I have much to learn in the Inferno Squad team. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 1 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion) Absolutely Thanks for reading my application!
  4. + Support Would have some creative ideas
  5. 1.What is your in-game name?: Stevie 2.What is your steam name?: [GL] Stevie 3.What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:155793158 4.Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) No, I've never been a staff member on any GMOD server, unless you count being a GM on Gaming Light. 5.What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Around 23rd of January 2021. 6.What date did you make your forums account? The 28th of January 2021. 7.Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Darth 8.How many warns do you have on the server? I have none on Imperial RP, but I do have on PoliceRP. 9.Have you donated? Yes, to get the Darth rank, but nothing more. 10.What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator. 11.Have you read the staff guidelines? Yes, and I intend on studying up on them more in the coming days. 12.Timezone: Eastern Standard Time. 13.Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A 14.Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I believe that I am deserving of this rank because, you can ask anyone I've played with so far on ImperialRP, I am not going to be the type to abuse my powers or give this minimum effort. I intend on trying to do my best to help the staff team with the never-ending reports coming in by taking tickets whenever possible and being respectable to both staff as well as the general community. Although it is not similar in reality, I believe my experience as a GM on Imperial RP will give some useful experience and skills that will transfer over to my Trial Moderator position. I think if given the opportunity to join the staff team, I would do my best to be as active as I can, take as many reports as again, and familiarize myself with the ins and outs of being a Trial moderator. 15.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If the situation is truly that dire where I can't even get a word out, I would first gag the individual to quiet them down. Then I would explain to them in a calm manner what they did and then explain their punishment which would be a 5 day ban and a warn.

  10. What is your in-game name? Stevie What is your steam ID? STEAM_0:1:155793158 What is your rank on the Naval Roster? Sub Lieutenant What specialty are you applying for? Medical Officer What Naval HC gave you permission to apply? Admiral Joe What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? The Medical Corps is a battalion that demands a lot of respect. I intend on working with medical to make it more enjoyable for the corps, as well as increase the reputation of the already great corps as a whole. For starters, I have recently become a GM and am at the rank where I am capable of doing SIMS and combat events. Once I familiarize myself with the mechanics of building and GM'ing as a whole, I intend to run SIMS for Medical whenever the player count is low enough and the medical count is high enough. Pretty much since day one on the server I have wanted to be able to run SIMS, so I can assure you I will be exercising this ability anytime I can. Secondly, I am always interested in updating documents, both to make them easier to understand and utilize, but also to add or change the contents to maximize the efficiency and quality of a document. I intend to read the SOP, tryout doc, etc. multiple times, and then work with Medical command to either refine or change what I believe is necessary. Thirdly, Tryouts are one of my favorite things to do on the server. I have always had keen interest in tryouts, as I believe they are a unique and fun experience that challenges me to test an individual and prove my self as a leader. Because of this, I promise to do at least 1 tryout a day, most likely more if I have the time. I always will assure that these tryouts are high quality and will only allow competent and trustworthy individuals into the Medical Corps. Finally, I intend to stay fully connected with not just medical command, but also the NCO's and Enlisted by spending most of my time on job in the Medical TS (The only reason I wouldn't be is if I had to be Naval TS). I want to make sure all of the NCO's and Enlisted feel that they can come to me with any questions or concerns regarding the battalion, and help them out in any way that they need. Why should you be trusted with this position? I should be trusted with this position for multiple reasons. To begin, I have never received a warn or strike on Imperial RP, and I don't intend to ever get one. I would never do that on or off job, and to bring such dishonor to both Navy and Medical would be both foolish and unacceptable. Additionally, I believe I have proven myself capable of leadership and positions similar to MO. Before applying for MO, I was a Gunnery Officer, and I enjoyed being one. My experience as GO taught me how to work with a battalion and become acclimated in their ranks. Being an MO however, I believe I will be motivated much more to be involved with the battalion. Aside from the Navy, I am also a Captain and ARC in the 501st Legion. This position has definitely taught me how to lead and communicate. These skills will transfer over to MO and make me a very firm, but friendly leader. Finally, I have never, and will never abuse or flaunt my title as MO. In my opinion, the worst quality of a person is arrogance, and I would never want people to see me acting entitled. Overall, my good behavior and skill set acquired through previous positions have set me up to become a great, reliable MO. Why do you want this rank? As previously stated, I used to be a Gunnery Officer. I did enjoy working with Havoc, but overall felt unsatisfied with the position. I believe that MO will provide the leadership and teamwork that I loved about GO, but will also be much more personally satisfying to me in terms of actual duties and responsibilities. Other than that, my goal is the same as GO. I want to get accustomed to a hands on leadership role in order to prepare me for my future on Gaming Light. I do have hopes and dreams of becoming command someday, and the more practice I can get the better. In addition to long term goals, I also just want to work with the medical corps, as they seem like a good bunch of people that would be pleasant to work alongside. It would be an honor to help them with their job. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank? Absolutely. What is your purpose within your assigned branch? The purpose of MO is to make sure all personnel onboard the ISD are healthy and well. Additionally, this means training and teaching the Medical Corps on how to do their job efficiently and effectively. This may include updating documents or making changes to the battalion. As for me personally, my purpose is to work with the Medical Corps as much as possible to make sure they all well trained and competent, all while training myself on how to lead along the way. Thank you for reading my application, I greatly appreciate it!
