1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) IC OSLD MAJ 1136 Niner [Also known as Snow] 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I am applying for Vice Commander of Imperial Commandos. IC Vice Commander 1262 Scorch 3. Why do you want to be a Vice Commander of this branch? The reason I wish to be a Vice Commander within Imperial Commandos is I want to help in every single way I can to help grow the battalion no matter how difficult that may be. I only have love for Imperial Commandos and the members within the battalion and I only wish to make sure it’s a safe environment for all people that are in Imperial Commandos and anyone who wishes to join Imperial Commandos. I may have only been an Imperial Commandos for a short time, but I know I have a lot of experience and good prospects to bring to the battalion to make it better for every member. At the end of the day, I want to be a Vice Commander in Imperial Commandos to make everyone enjoy their time in the battalion and love the battalion and server just as much as I do. The whole purpose of Imperial Commandos is to be a brotherhood and I intend on keeping it that way. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? The main purpose of a Vice Commanders is to maintain order and unity between the battalion and its members. It is also the duty of the Vice Commanders to encourage activity from their battalion by hosting simulations, trainings, and missions to keep morale up and to keep members wanting to play on the server and within the battalion. It is also the Vice Commander’s duty to make sure that all members in the battalion are getting along and have great communication amongst each other so there is only respect amongst members in the battalion. Also It’s a Vice Commanders responsibility to look for the best among the battalion and future prospects for officer so the future of the battalion is always secure and has no room for failure. Overall it’s the Vice Commander’s job to oversee all of that battalion to ensure that the battalion runs as smoothly as it possibly can. There is never an excuse to leave your men nor your battalion out to dry and without command. Lastly Vice Commanders have the Duties of Improving upon current documents or completely remaking the documents within the battalion to the best of their ability and Due regular roster updates to ensure everything is up to date. 6. Why should we trust you to be a vice commander? The reasons I think I should be trusted to be a Vice Commander within Imperial Commandos are I am a well-known Imperial Commando member in the battalion and amongst the server. Along with that I am also a long time staff member. I am constantly enforcing the rules to the best of my abilities to ensure that everyone on the server has a good time, whether it be enforcing the rules as a staff member or within Imperial Commandos as an officer. I also like to think of myself as a person you can come to no matter how small the issue is so that way there is no grudges within Imperial Commandos and its members, so in this regard I would be happy to make sure everyone is getting along, and everyone is happy within Imperial Commandos. I want people to enjoy the time they have on the server in Imperial Commandos as much as possible and I know as Vice Commander I will do everything in my power to make Imperial Commando the best battalion it can be. Lastly I have nothing but good intent for Imperial Commandos and only want to see the battalion thrive and grow. 7. How often can you be Online? I’m constantly on the server, typically at least 4+ hours a day. I’m the server either Role playing or enforcing the rules via staffing and taking as many staff tickets as I can no matter how difficult the situation is, but if anyone ever needs me when I’m not on the server, I always check my discord for when I’m not available on the server at that current moment just in case if anyone ever needs me for anything, also in this regard you can also check my battlemetrics to see my activity. 8. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): Really good as im on everyday for atleast 3+ hours 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: SSE, DMS and CSVL 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I have a couple of reasons why i want to become an IC officer. One of the reasons is that i want to help the battalion. and improve on any things that may be wrong with IC. I want to be able to be there more for the enlisted and NCOs that have different time zones so they have a higher chance of becoming great officers in the future. One major problem currently is the lack of officers in IC, and I have experience as an officer, so I want to be able to help the other officers with any problems within IC. I have past experience as an officer; I was a DT officer and an IF Head Agent, which is why I believe I am a good fit for the position of IC officer. When it comes to my duties as a NCO, I believe I have been quite efficient with them as a NCO. So this is another reason why I would make a great IC officer: I complete my duties as quickly as possible, which means I have more time to assist and help the battalion without being too focused on quota. And i want to take a new step in IC. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I have had past experiences of being an officer, having been one in Death trooper and Inferno Squad. I know how officers should behave and work. I have never been striked or removed from a regiment during my time on IC or on the server. With my past experience as an officer, I'm ready to assist and help IC with any problems that may come. during my time as an officer. I'm ready for officer and i want to be able to show my dedication to IC in new ways that could not be seen from my position as a NCO. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)?: I'm really active on IC and I'm in DT, but that does not make me move away from my roles as an NCO, and it would not make me move away from the roles of IC officer. I try and strive for people to have fun by bringing trainings, SIMs, and other roleplay activities, such as repairing EC. I'm really dedicated to IC, and i want what is best for IC to progress into a more serious regiment while making it fun at the same time. I want to make it so people stay in IC and want to strive for higher ranks within IC. I'm dedicated to the server and IC, and I want to make IC a more serious regiment without enlisted people going around minging and teaching them the rules and other aspects of IC so they may perform their duties better. I want to also improve on the amount of NCOs we currently have, as we currently don't have that many, which makes it harder for new people to be introduced into the regiment and for enlisted people to be trained correctly by the NCOs with their training. 9. Question 1: What is your IGN? (In Game Name) IC SSVL DMS MAJ 6654 Alpha Question 2: What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando: Sev Question 3: Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons why I would like to become a Vice Commander of Imperial Commandos. One of these reasons would be to help improve the battalion as well as help the battalion grow, whether this be through numbers or getting even more active Imperial Commandos. IC as a whole has had a few very respectful and great Vice Commanders leave as of recent. From this, I would like to step up and fill the spot that they have left, while in this position I can help the battalion as much as I can. Another reason why I would like to become Sev is so that I can help the Crimson Squad fully rebuild themselves. I have done what I can in my current position to help Crimson Squad to the fullest. I want to unlock the full potential that is within the squads of IC. Another reason why I would like to become a IC Vice Commander is that as of now, IC is lacking a complete foundation, by this I mean that we don’t have enough Command Members to be on when they are needed, I’m hoping that I can try to stabilize this foundation by becoming a Vice Commander. My final reason for wanting to become a Vice Commander of IC is so that I can help Improve the battalion. There are a lot of documents and issues that need to be fixed in IC as well as to help fill the position that we currently need. Those being a Sniper Lead, Demo Lead and Vice Lead. In the end, I want to help re-stabilize IC and give it a proper foundation by helping the existing Command Members. I believe I can further do this by being a Vice Commander within IC. Question 4: How much game time do you have on the server? The purpose of a Vice Commander within this battalion is to make sure that the battalion is on a stable foundation as well as to keep each sector of the battalion functioning and operating on all stances. For example, each Command Member within IC has their own sector that they oversee, but when there are not enough Command Members that responsibility falls onto the other Command Members to oversee the sectors. In my opinion the main purpose of a Vice Commander in this battalion is to make sure that all areas are stable and to make sure that all areas are functioning as they should be. Some aspects of this would be: -Leadership: Without any Leadership battalions would fall apart, you need someone to be able direct others as well as be directed at times. This allows a battalion to function and operate properly. If a battalion fails to do this then they would eventually fall apart. -Understanding the balance between fun and having to be serious: I myself have fallen to this, in my early days of IC, I didn’t fully understand the aspect of when to be serious and when not to be. This led to me having many troubles, but across my time in IC there were many people who helped me understand this. Now I have gotten to a position where I can help others, this was all because of some people that helped me like Rusty and Wes. There needs to be a balance to where someone needs to know the right and wrong, when to have fun and when to be serious. -Activity: Lastly is activity. If you don’t have an active command team, there is very little that gets done, across my time in IC I have seen active and not so active command teams, I hope to change this for the better by being as active as I can. Question 6: Why should we trust you to be a commander? I feel that I could be trusted with this position from the experiences and responsibilities that I have gained within IC, as well as being the scout sniper vice lead and a demo senior. I do all that I can to ensure that each Sub Battalion within IC gets what they need as well as all members follow their rules, from this I can also be trusted because of how I lead the Scout Snipers as well as operate the Scout Snipers. I have done my best to improve the standards within Scout Snipers that the previous Sev left. Another reason I can be trusted is that I have worked hard to improve and maintain the standards within each squad. With this I assisted in rebuilding Crimson Squad alongside Wheat and Boss, thus enabling us to get a full squad. I have been training Crimson Squad to the best of my ability, I have also been the Vice Lead of Omega Squad, during this time I tried to help the squad all I could, but due to several reasons I had to sadly leave the Squad. Finally I was also the Vice Lead of Elite Squad where I helped renew the documents and tidy up the documents that needed it. With the experience that I have gained within IC I believe that I am trusted by everyone within IC as well as the Command team, this is why I believe I can be trusted as a Vice Commander of IC. Question 7: How often can you be Online? Everyday most likely, my weekly play time on the server is around 30+ hrs per week. Question 8: Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) How many warnings do you have?: I at this current moment have 0 warnings in IC or on the server as a whole. 4. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): Overall, I'm normally always on the server every chance I get. Saturday I can be on for around 4-6 hours, Sunday I can be on for 4-6 hours, Monday I can be on around 4-6 hours, Tuesday I can be on for 6-8 hours, Wednesday I can be on around 7-9 hours, Thursday I can be on around 7-9 hours, Friday I can be on around pretty much all day. I try to stay as active on the server as possible rather it be on IC or other battalions. My main focus would be on IC. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: I currently have a sub-specialty in both Scout Sniper and Demolition, I am a Demolition Senior in which I guide and help mentor the newer demolitionist on what to do and how to act while on the demolition job! 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer?: I want to become an IC officer for several reasons on which I will provide answers for and reason for all below. Number 1: IC as a whole is lacking activities to do as well as morale, As an IC officer I wish to help give the Enlisted and NCO's something to do while they are on the server. I will host sims such as parkour, PVE, PVP and much more. As well as host trainings like Breach practice as some IC tend to struggle with it. I would also quiz them on the SOP so that any new enlisted or newly made NCO knows the SOP by hand in case they need to explain it to someone else down the line or if they are asked what IC does by any trooper interested in the job. Number 2: IC has been going through a state with lack of discipline, I would love to help IC get back on track with discipline. For any member that may act up or misbehave while they are on the job I would talk with them and explain the expectations we have set for them so they can strive and enjoy their time. If they refuse to listen to the rules we have set for them then I will do my job as an officer and discipline as seen fit such as PT, making them alt walk around the MHB, something small but enough for them to understand what they did is wrong. Number 3: Promotions/Recommendations- As an officer in case no Command team is on or someone is out of the promotion limit for you, I would like to become an officer so I could recommend someone for a promotion to a higher officer or to High command if a cooldown skip is needed. I would love to be able to keep an eye out on any enlisted or lower NCO so that I may Recognize their hard work via in TS, in game or even in the discord to let them know what they are doing is amazing and to keep up the great work! Helps them know they are doing great within IC. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer?: I should be trusted as an IC Officer for many reasons and I will be listing them down below. 1. I have had experience as an IC officer in the past 3 years numerous times, each time I proved that I can be trusted as an IC officer and will continue to do so. I have also been IC CMD in the past and though it has been a while since I have been in that position I can adapt pretty quickly to the position I'm in no matter what it may be. 2. I have shown so far on the sever I can be trusted as in when to use my powers and when not to, such as when someone calls an IC clone indirectly or just even directly talking about clones to contact staff instead of just RDMing them for no reason. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer? The advantage I bring to the table of being an IC officer is that I will be one of the most active troopers on the within the branch, I also will be one of the most professional IC officers on the server aiming to make IC a serious battalion again. I will also make sure to communicate with other battalion officers and keep the relationships between IC and other battalions at an all-time high.

None the less I hope I can improve either way How many warnings do you have?: I have none, I would hope to keep it that way as well. How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): IC is currently my only life. my in-game activity I would say is pretty active. I'm on whenever I can be on. What is your current sub-specialty?: I am Currently a SSE, but I'm working to become a SSS. I am also a DME. I'm hoping I can join Crimson Squad soon as well! Why do you want to become an IC Officer?: I have multiple Reasons for wanting to become an Officer in IC. Some of these reason are. 1. Improving IC - I want to help improve IC as much as possible, recently. there has been many members of IC that have resigned. I have noticed this, and I have also taken this to heart as well. We have a shortage of Officers, and when there is a shortage of Officers, the battalion as a whole I believe can take a deep incline, I'm hoping by obtaining Officer in IC. I can change that for the better. In IC we currently have 3 Officers, whom I believe are decently active. They try there best to hold up IC, but I don't think we have enough officers to hold it up for the majority of the time. In my opinion, 3 officers is not close enough to what a battalion needs. There should be quite a few of officers, I believe this because you can get the battalion more active, as well as have a good sign of leadership. Finally to go along with that, those officers can keep on eye on enlisted, and NCO's. By doing this they can suggest promotions to the high ranking officer's, this is if the NCO's and enlisted are deserving, and have also worked quite hard in the battalion. Promotions should not be just handed out, they need to be earned. 2. Leadership - I believe I would be a good fit for IC Officer, because of my leading skills, as well as my potential to expand those skills. I have been in a few leading positions before, from this I have learned many things. Such as moral boosters, activates, and guiding others. Now I know my skills are not perfect, and they will never be perfect, but the most I can do is strive towards that. I also believe that becoming a Officer allows you to demonstrate you're leadership potential even more than being at NCO. This is because you are given more responsibilities within IC. I'm hoping that by obtaining this rank, I can improve my leadership skills beyond what I can ever imagine being possible. 3. Discipline - I believe IC is decently Disciplined in all aspects, and I will say. I am still working on Disciplining some parts of myself, but I believe that Discipline is key to have a good working battalion, if everyone does what they are supposed too, and knows how to do it the right way. Along with being able to self regulated themselves in several different situations, they can improve themselves even more. Now this even goes for me, I can also improve, and so can others. No matter what rank you are, or who you may be, you can also improve yourself in such areas. 4. Professionalism - I have been on this server I believe sense late 2019, and I will say. I use to be quite a minge back then, but I believe that, that has changed for the better. I noticed this because of all off the skills I have picked up from others. I have changed so much from when I have started. I have obtained several High ranks across these years, from such I would like to believe that I have gotten more Professional along these years I have been here. I will say, that I can be more Professional at times as well. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer?: There is several reasons to why I can be trusted as an Officer in IC. Some of those reasons are. 1. Experience - I have quite a bit of experience in many battalions. I would say I have been in near to almost every battalion. I know the ropes around quite a few battalions, but most importantly I know the ropes around IC. my experience Ranges, from being in IF, too being in Purge and Havoc when Havoc was still a thing. I have gained much experience from these different battalions, all of this leading my to gain more and more. 2. Professionalism - I believe that I am Professional in server and out of the server. I know this from how I act in-game as well as out of game, from these such actions I do so believe I can be trusted with the Position of Officer in IC. 3. Trust Worthy - I believe I am very trust worthy, From what I do and have done. Many people on the server trust me, as well as I do so believe most of IC trusts me as well, and I think that they would trust me with this positions as well. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer? 1. Sims/Trainings - I strive to do as many Trainings and Sims as I can. I do public sims and I try to do IC sims when we have enough IC on. I have done a few trainings in IC, weather this be a breaching training, formation or Target practice training. All of these trainings I did to the best of my ability. The Sims I do I try to include every Specialty in IC and try to lead them to different positions, as well as teach them new positions. During my first week of IC, I was taught a few positions for Breaching and Defending rooms and door ways by Wes, who is now the current Sev. I have taken the trainings he has given me to heart, I also plan to try to give trainings similar to these to others. This is to help them improve. Even to today, I still run trainings with Wes/Sev, this is to push my self as much as possible. even though most times I get destroyed by him, he is always giving my new hints and tricks to become better. I hope I can give these to other members within IC as well. 2. Sympathy/Compassion - I have been in some rough patches on the server, and I know and understand how others feel when they are in those types of situations. I also show Sympathy to those there, but some times Sympathy is not what is needed to keep them going. You need to help them with what ever they need. As well as train them on what they could improve, for example if someone got in trouble in IC, I would try to tell them what they did and how they could fix it. unlike some battalions and People, they would just instantly remove them and not explain nor help them get past it. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Crimson CSLD 4457 Captain Reaper 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando - IC 1207 Sev 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I am wishing to bring strong leadership to the regiment to make sure that it is in capable hands and is ran well, as well as holding a good image and reputation within the community, as well as enacting a strong command structure to follow. I also wishing to bring in such traits like discipline and respect to the other regiments within the server. I do have plenty of experience of being in SOBDE and in a Commanding Officer position as I've been playing SWRP as a whole for a collective of 7 years, but throughout my time i've been in many positions ranging from minor yet important NCO roles to being a battalion Commander. I’d like to become commander to better the IC as a whole, more specifically: Better the Crimson Squad with the any all future CSLDs that will come as well as the current Overseer of IC by making their selections harder which i already have my reasoning for that is because I did not see them as difficult so with permission i edited both the current Tryout and SOPs for Crimson to my liking and what they should be for a Black Ops Squad as of now both have been approved and will be in rotated in, i wish work with my fellow Vice Commanders as well as Officers to ensure the population and activity of the battalion. Scout Snipers will be mostly the same, the system now works well and will be possibly expanded upon ie: Bit more training to test the accuracy of the sharpshooters, watching for their on field overwatch comms as they have an important role in ensuring everything is spotted. I have been in this unit for little over a month and I do believe that there are some things to work on, but some that are great so far. Would love to improve the unit with all the Commandos. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? About a Week, or 170 hours. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The reason for a Commander is to work with the current Vice Commanders and Officers to ensure the Population and Activity of the unit is secured and working fine. In this case I would be working with Crimson Squad as well as the Scout Snipers the most. Another main purpose of being a commander is to lead the troopers of your regiment with confidence and to keep the players of your regiment interested in the server and the battalion while leading the battalion in a steady path while providing a good time for the players within your regiment. Everyone has different styles of leadership yet I prefer to stay professional and disciplined while in combat. On the other hand when we aren't in combat I tend to relax and chill while we wait for more events as i say i like to have fun but there is a time and a place for everything. Moving on another job of a commander is to provide an organized regiment for others to enjoy no matter the position. It's the duty of the Commanding Officer to keep his regiment in line and this includes NCOs and Officers. This is what in my opinion, a CMDR should be striving towards 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe that I have shown that I can be trusted to the current Vice Commander’s as I am the current Reaper, i was intrusted this position by the past Sev - Trace and Past Reaper - Scooty and I have put my all in to not break this trust. Most of the Current Officers trust me when I was a NCO I had become squad lead for the IC a handful of times and each time we did amazing. Same thing when I first became an Officer. I understand I have not been on this server for long but I would love to get to know more people in Command as well as the troopers. As I stated above I previously have been Commander and many other important positions a plethora of times. Which means that I can bring a good work ethic and the ability to make professional yet unbiased decisions when it comes down to controversial topics. Another positive about me is that I'm respectful towards current and new members and I like to provide a safe yet fun experience for others to enjoy. I can also take in criticism and learn from it to better myself for future endeavors. As I have stated above, I have held much greater positions which means that I am trustworthy and a hardworking person. And to finish off I am willing to take the initiative to call people out on their wrongful acts and also i am a very dedicated member of the community and have been for the time that ive been here. 7. How often can you be Online? : Mostly everyday i do work full time and am not on till around 8 or 9 at night EST wise, but I am on most weekends relatively early as I have Friday through Sunday off. 8. If not, which would you prefer: Demolition Are you qualified to train IC RCTs: Yes Why do you want to be an IC 2LT: I myself would like to become a 2LT so that I can bring more Sims and activity to the branch during off/late hours. There currently isn't that many active Officers in IC, so I would love to be one of the people to bring IC back to its former glory and help train NCO's on how to maintain the branch and keep everything in a running order. Why should you be trusted to become an IC 2LT: I believe that I should be entrusted with the rank of 2LT because I have proven myself to not only be extremely active on the server but to also to be great at showing leadership, even under stressful situations. I feel as though adding me to the officers of IC will be a massive + for not only SIM and Trainings but also for a positive attitude because I always strive to strengthen branch relations between all battalions, regardless of who they are. I believe bringing me to the rank of officer will heavily benefit IC's future for the lower enlisted and NCO's do you understand that receiving a strike will get you demoted from 2LT: Yes, understood What advantage would you bring to ICs by becoming an 2LT: If I am to become a 2LT, you could expect almost double the amount of sims and training sessions to keep all of our enlisted ncos and even other officers well honed and sharpened on their combat skills, and leadership/future leadership roles. I also introduce a friendly face that the server has come to know, often times I find myself walking up to people I have never even met and just saying Hi or asking how their day is just to give them a small spark of happiness/joy to let them know that people are positive in this community. Aside from all of that the man thing I bring to the table is Officer activity so that new PVT's and NCOS have something to look forward to (Promotions, knowing they are being observed and that their hard work is not in vein, Etc..) Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC OSL VCMDR 1140 Fixer / Brit 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have dedicated most of my time on the server to Imperial Commandos and have put all my time into the battalion ever since i first got Darth in server i come on server daily unless im having a short break but even then i will still get on server every other day it is the only battalion i would strive to become Commander of so that i can further help the battalion as a whole grow and expand. I would also love to share and give the same amazing experiance i have had in IC to others who join this battalion. IC is the only battalion i have been in for a while apart from when helping out the STs a little when they needed it. I spend pretty much all my time on the IC job when on server and am constantly trying to get more new members doing missions and Sims when we have the numbers are trying to make sure all my IC have a great time when on server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 4 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a branch commander is to lead his guys and show the best example of what it is to be a commando while leading and dealing with any and all problems the other IC cannot giving the IC everything they need to be encouraging and outstanding while doing it. Nothing comes above the Commander branch and the Commanders own branch should always take priority that being said a Commander should always be open to help other people and battalions whenever needed or can also keeping good relations with the others on the server. Never be bias or unfair to anyone and give everyone an equal chance to rise through the ranks to one day hopefully be ready to take over as commander. The Commander should be making sure his troops are acting good and following all the rule and keep an eye out for any problems that could start while giving the troops plenty of stuff to do like missions SIMs ect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have never given a real reason to be untrust worthy i have always been following the server rules and have been helping out with IC the best i can since joining by doing daily try outs to grow numbers whenever i can doing SIMs / Missions to keep my guys entertained when no events are happening and been doing all i can to keep moral high so not to see people want to stop playing on IC or the server. I helped the STs when i could and have been playing as a Commando since i first got Darth while trying to get as many people involed with our activites as i can to show that we are a great battalion to join. I do whatever i can for my fellow IC and help them whenever they come to me with whatever they need. As i commander i would be trying to spread the same enjoyment i got from my time rising through the ranks and do everything i can for the IC as a whole. Before i was a VCMDR i was also the only Omega Squad Vice lead showing i could be trusted with a high ranking spot back when i was a MAJ since then i have been learning and doing more to better myself at leading and being a person people can trust. 7. Why do you want to be a VC of this branch?: I want to help IC to become better then it is. I really love IC and the people in it so if I can make it better for them and anyone else who joins then I want to do that. I have tried to show IC is something to be taken seriously and try to make sure people in IC to respect everyone in the server in hopes that we can get more people I do believe I can help by being a VCMDR. Ever since I joined I have tried to play as much as I can because I have a love for this regiment. 4. How much game time do you have on this server?: One Year 5. What is the Main Purpose of a VC for a branch?: To help the Commander make any battalion to become better then what it is. Help relations with any other battalions to be better with the battalion you are in. Help out any officers or NCO's to help the Enlisted to have a better time in the server and battalion. Mark sure all Officers, NCO's, and Enlisted to follow rules of the battalion and sever rules. Help out the Commander with roster and anything else they may need to they do not get burn out by doing everything themselves. Promote those who are worthy of it than can help out the battalion. 6.Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I have been the AL and Lead of HVY in ST's I have the knowledge and drive to become better then I am. I would not be at the rank I am if I did not have the drive to be where I am. I always try to step up and show I can be trusted in any type of situation that is thrown to me and lead those under my command to become better as well. I have good role models of those who came before me and those in HC that I truly respect and trust to show me what is expected out of anyone who is in a command spot. I truly love this battalion and want to help it grow into something so much more then what it is. I will continue to show I am worthy of VC and will keep proving it once I have it I will keep going above what is expected out of me. 7. How often are you online?: Everyday for 5 hours at least 8. I want to be Vice Commander scorch within the imperial commandos I feel like I would do a great job at this position. I feel that I have been dedicated to IC since joining as a SSGT and I feel like I have done a lot for the battalion as a whole whether is it from small pvp’s to hosting or just simple demo tryouts for the few troopers that are dedicated to IC. With that being said I owe a lot to the other VCMDR's and officers within IC such as Scorch (Rux) Sev (Saturn) , Fixer (Bear) panic boss just too name a few. They have taught me many thing's including How to be loyal how to treat others how to lead how to be the best I can be I feel like I’d be a great pick for scorch 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 16 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a vice-commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to make sure the battalion is in order and is running smoothly this includes things like keeping activity up and enforcing officer's as well as NCO's to host regular tryouts /Sims to keep all of the troopers in fighting shape. Secondly, as a VCMDR your job is to update the roster frequently and as often as you can properly logging the information will lead too better organization. the main thing every commander / vice commander should strive for is too look too improve and take any advice / criticism and grow from it. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel like you can trust me with the rank of Vice Commander because of many reasons but mainly my experience. I have proven that I am dedicated and skilled within IC by becoming LTC as well as becoming the lead of Demolitions within IC. I also feel like I lead by example during events and during down time on the ship I know how to have a good time and when it is time to become serious I feel I have set up my reputation as being a person who is always available to help and always looking for new way to improve in anyway shape or forum 7. I want to be Commander of this battalion because I want to help the battalion continue to grow as it already has. I want to help continue to make memorable memories with IC as well as I want the ISD and all of the troopers on bored to understand the importance the Imperial commandos have towards the empire! I want the troopers to be able to trust me even more that I will be able to answer any questions they may have I may or may not be able to answer right away. I want all of the troopers within this battalion to understand they will always have a home or have a safe spot within IC. I want to maintain the legacy that IC currently has. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 2 weeks maybe more 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The commander is one of the most important aspects within a branch, they are the face of the battalion. They should set the example for the battalion and have a high standard for each and every trooper, they should enforce that standard on each trooper. The Commander should be there for any issues that may happen either within the battalion or with another battalion. The commander should be able to get along with the other troopers and know how to handle any situation that may or may not be thrown his or her way. The commander should be able to be approachable for all troopers within the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel like I should be trusted as Commander because I have already done a lot for Imperial commandos such as filling up both sub classes with Vice-leads and leads as well as help boost the activity with IC by doing sims and collaborating with other battalions. I always try to do my best to calm any situation I see may be bad, regardless if it is OOC or just roleplay, I do my best to defuse the situation and handle it professionally. I should be trusted more as a Commander because I can get along with all of the troopers within the battalion, as well as I have been able to handle situations within the battalion as well as lead them on the right path to do the right thing several times within the server rules. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be on 4 out of 7 days due to having an overnight job 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I do not have any warnings that I know of.
