-Support So the main reason I have to put this is the way you deal with lower enlisted as a security NCO, I have seen you prying people for a reaction when they do the slightest thing wrong, supposedly just so you can punish them. As a staff member that is the total opposite attitude you should have. I also have heard others say you talk to people disrespectfully whenever they break minor rules, of course you must talk to people when they do something wrong but I feel you go the wrong way about it most of the time. Now am I saying you're a bad person? no, you're actually quite fun to talk to whenever I'm in TS. I just feel you need to sort out your attitude when it comes to rulebreakers, as you treat everyone like they meant to do it. A big part of the staff team is not only to punish people who break rules, it's about educating people on the rules, which is the part you seem to struggle with. To be fair I haven't talked to you TOO much recently so you could have changed this behaviour for the better. If this is the case please feel free to DM me and I can change my reply.

I try host PTs often and try make them as engaging as possible for our enlisted so they get excited for them and want to stay flagged up. I give advice to enlisted and NCOs to attempt to make them a better security member. I have good leadership skills and am able to command a lot of people efficiently. I am command in wardens so I help one of our most popular sub-branches run and grow. I am good at seeing new talent in our enlisted, I see who should be promoted based on leadership skills and combat ability and try not to let unworthy people rise through the ranks. I am good at maintaining and improving branch relations and I plan to host and help with a lot of Cross PTs in the future. Overall I believe I still have a lot more to offer security and am excited for my future within it. Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?: Nah

-support Already a rule. With micspam, I usually only enforce a punishment if the person was told to stop and continued to do so. So just tell the person whose doing it to stop and if they dont, make a sit.

That could work but I'm not sure how difficult that would be to track. So this would be up to Talila if they think it is worth it.

+Support Class seems really pointless now so I'd like to see it reworked.

-Support While it would be lovely for this to be a thing, I believe it will just lead to people slacking off and stop doing events entirely. If it's early morning then you can easily get 3 ET sits from RRH or something. The only way I could see this working is if the quota was increased, which none of us want.

I don't think this need to be said but -support As I am being reported take what I say with a grain of salt. - No teaming occurred here, we killed the D-Class nearly instantly after killing you. - There was no RP taking place here, we were simply having fun while nothing was happening. It seems like this is just a childish attempt to get people in trouble for nothing.

(With Screenshot Proof): 1 For Mass RDM when I first started playing and didnt know the rules Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I'm really interested in the SCP lore and want to contribute to seeing it utilised more in the server. I have enjoyed testing on SCPs in my brief time on Research and RnD and want to flesh out my ideas in a more unrestricted way. I have seen other RRH performing their duties around the facility and it looks like it would be fun to be a part of! Why should we accept you: My experience in command allows me to understand how the facility works and all the different rules we have to follow. This also means I can command and lead people when the situation demands it. I am very active on the server, being on at least 4 hours a day every day on average and I believe I can dedicate a lot of time towards this branch. I have previous experience in MTF as I was SM in E11 quite a long time ago, giving me experience in combat and leading combatants. I have also have been in Nu7 and D5 (however I was not in those very long). My maintenance rank means I have experience all around the site from LCS to EZ, meaning I will know how to be well equipped to enter any of these zones to test or for other reasons.
