I believe that I should be qualified for the Forum Diplomats team because from my time being in Staff I have always been interested in joining Forum Diplomat and also support. Also, I think that I am Qualified because I have a good positive attitude with everyone. Throughout this time I have seen lots of Forum Diplomats doing what they do and has inspired me to apply Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I would consider myself to have Good judgment because I have been helping as a Vice-Commander and I guess you could say that positions has a lot of difficult decisions to make. I've always had to make sure everyone in the battalion has been following Server and SOP rules and I've had to remove some people for those reason. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? If someone was spamming in various topics because he was banned on an Gaminglight server. I would first ask him to stop one time only. if he continues or seems confused I will help him by putting him in the right direction to the ban applies. If he continues spamming I would proceed to speak to the head of forum to issue a warning if it is applicable and if they start posting racism or Homophobia I would proceed to contact SMT on Discord or Team Speak. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would first give them 1 warning only to stop arguing on a post and keep it as - Support and + Support only and if they continue to argue after that I would have to be forced to lock the post and tell my higher-ups that I've done that and letting SMT decide whether to accept it or decline

I would like to be Vice-Commander within 501st for many reasons, I would like to keep and good positive attitude within the 501st making it easier for anyone in 501st to ask questions to their higher-ups. I would like to keep a positive attitude with every other battalion on the server by doing SIM's/Training that will involve multiple battalions. being 501st Vice-Commander I will increase the activity by giving prizes to anyone that gets on. 501st has had some ups and downs and I want to make sure none of that happens again and stays active most of the day. 501st has always been a great battalion from what I have seen and I would like to help run 501st and see it thrive. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being in command for a branch is to be able to deal with day-to-day situations and questions, these situations may involve other army or navel battalions. A command member of a branch is tasked to make sure that Enlisted, NCOs, and officers are following SOP rules and also server rules. Command members should keep stability and a positive attitude with other battalions by doing passive RP and or Missions. The Vice-Commanders should keep an eye over the officers within the battalions making sure they are meeting the expectations of an officer. The command should always be taking suggestions / concerns to improve the battalion or make it better. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Myself being Lt.COL and having experience being a Former IF Vice-Commander which means I've been trusted as command before and have had experience on how to help run something. I have been in and out of 501st For a while and I have been involed in multiple experiences with my time in 501st. I have had lots of experience being Command and dealing with lots of situations. Me being ex Command in a different branch I know how to lead and take responsibility when I need to. I've been doing some really interesting RP within the server and I can expand that RP and keep it interesting for every trooper. I want to be Vice-commander of IF because I want work alongside the other Vice-commander, commander and fellow IF to get the battalion to its best, Myself being vice-commander I believe I can do that. I, believe me being vice-commander to bring a very positive attitude with other battalions, including Navel, Army and IQ/Pruge. I have seen IF at its worst and I want to help improve that with fellow command. I want to have more Responibillty in IF to do the best I can to help improve it. I was in IF for a long time almost like 5 months and have been HSL for 1 month and a half and I have done my duties as a COL and helped the best I can to Improve it. 4. The main purpose of a commander is to make sure the rules and policies are enforced by everyone in the battalion. Commanders should be trying to get officers to do more SIMS/training with other battalions such as Navel and Army making sure that positive vibe is still between those battalions. Commanders should listen to any complaints about a thing or someone and taking suggestions about a certain thing they can improve on. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as a vice-commander because I have been a trusted Officer for a while and making sure the The Lower Officers are making sure the NCO's are doing tryouts. I very well know in IF from other battalions and IF itself. I wanna help improve IF and make sure it's up and downs stop and fix any issues in the battalion. I've always had a good positive attitude with other battalions and I want to keep it that way. I've put Dedication and time into IF by doing multiple SIMs and trainings. I've done my Duties as an HSL and want to move up in Inferno to have more responsibility. Another thing I'm also The Supervisor of Inferno Sharpshooter and I feel I have been treated with that position and helped Improve it. 7. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? To start of with I would teleport him/her to me after that I would Freeze Him/her and start telling Him/her to claim down then if that dose not work I would have to Gag/Mute, him/her depending on what Him/her is spamming in. I would then tell what Him/her rules they have broken. I would give them a formal warning and request a higher staff for a 5-day ban as Him/her was RDMing and suggest for them to do ban appeal if they believe they do not deserve that punishment.
