1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC LTCOL DMS 2342 Panic 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando (Scorch) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a Vice Commander of IC because IC is my home on Gaminglight. I joined IC a day after joining the server for the first time. I've made so many friends and hell I'd even say family in my time in IC. I’ve been around in IC both in and out of reserves since Black Friday 2020. I’ve seen golden era’s and not so golden era’s of IC and right now is one of the not so times. I came out of reserves to help IC get back on its feet. I would love to see IC flourish again and I wisht to help out as best as I can. I also would like to help out with roster work. I want to help IC as much as possible. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Battlemetrics: 799 hours. Loading Screen: 812 hours. Tab Menu: 4 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander for any branch is to bring unity to the battalion. A battalion without unity will be a dysfunctional battalion. It is the job of the commander/commanding officer to make sure the team works together and are responsible for themselves and their comrades. It is also the duty of a commander to enforce the rules and make sure that their troops are doing what they should be doing. The commander should also be creating and maintaining inter-battalion relationships between their battalion and the rest. A commander should also communicate, not just with their superiors but also with their whole battalion, keeping things never works out and can lead to distrust which is something a commander should never create within the battalion. It is also the duty of the commander(s) to encourage activity from their battalion by hosting simulations, trainings, and missions to keep morale up and to keep players wanting to play. The commander should also act as an arbiter, they should never personal feelings get in the way of doing what is best for the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as a commander because I have past experience as IC command. I have been Scorch twice and Boss once. I should be trusted because I care about IC. IC is my home. My goal is to see IC flourish and thrive like it has in the past. I would love to be apart of the process of reviving it from the state it is currently in. I want to be helpful in anyway possible to everyone. I also have never received a strike. On top of those reasons I am also reliable. I will always give my all when it comes to IC. I will make sure to be there for all members of the community whether they are in IC or not. I will assist where ever I can. I will take LOAs only when they are necessary. I will make sure that I always respond to message asap. I will never miss a meeting whether it be Command or IC, unless I am working. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be on almost everyday for about 3-6 hours a day depending on the day, even longer. I'm also always available on discord for anyone to reach me if needed. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I do not have any warnings.

I believe that Omega would make a great Fixer, I saw him progress through my time as Scorch and I do say he has definitely proved himself, he’s constantly doing things for IC. Good Luck Omega

Welp looks like I’m back here, as of 2/20/22 after the IC meeting at 5:00 PM EST. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but I have no drive to remain on the server and I do not wish to hold the Scorch position when there are many candidates within IC that are well qualified for the job. It was a fun ride, I enjoyed working with everyone I got to meet. I came back to help IC. I feel as if that goal was accomplished due to the hard work and dedication of a few IC members. This is not goodbye forever, I will come to visit. However, I think this will be my last time playing on the sweet new Scorch model. I have a few special thanks to give out. IC: It’s been one hell of a run since I came out of reserves in November. I have met so many great people within IC. I’ve seen a lot of dedication and hard work come from so many NCOs and Officers. I’ll start from the highest rank to the lowest rank. Boss: Rux my friend it has been a true pleasure working alongside you once more. It was fun while it lasted. I just wish I could’ve done more to help you out. Keep up the great work and I know you’ll hit SNRCMDR in no time. I’ll miss working with you, I’ll make sure to come visit every once in a while. May the force be with you my friend. Sev: Wraith, I have seen excellent work from you my friend, keep it up. Make sure to keep practicing your “hi how are ya” soon you’ll be on the same level as Boss. Fixer: Ah Brit, it was fun working with you my man, make sure to get your money up not your funny up, but nah you’re a chill guy and it was nice to get to know you. Psi: Kayn, you’ve been doing some good work, keep going with what you’re doing and you will make it far in IC. Kitsune: You’ve done a lot for IC from what I’ve seen and you’ve been putting in a lot of work and effort. Keep it up and I believe that you’ll reach IC low command in no time. Phi: Eli buddy, I’ve seen you climb the ranks within IC, you have progressed so far. Keep up the good work. You’re gonna make it far man. As for High Command I have a few people to call out. Palpatine: Ah big man Bon, It was nice to play with you, First non SMT Palpatine and you’ve been doing a great job keep it up. Bear: Grand General, First it was the first IC SNRCMDR now here you are, you’ve been doing a phenomenal job. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you when I visit if we’re on at the same time. I want to become Vice Commander Scorch of IC because IC is like a family to me. I joined IC back on Black Friday of 2020. Since then I have met and worked with some incredible people within IC. I came out of reserves recently to help IC turn away from the dark path it is on. I wish to be able to help out more within IC. I believe that becoming a VCMDR will allow me to do so. I will be able to help Boss out with roster work and take some of the stress off of him. I want to see IC turned into a respectable battalion again. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Battle Metrics: 600 Hours, Server Tab Menu: 3 Weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander within the confines of the Imperial Army, is to be there for their troops, as a leader and a friend, A commander needs to build trust with their troops because if there is no trust there is not unity, and Imperial Commandos along with multiple other battalions from what I’ve noticed on the server, well they’re brotherhoods, families, some members may have problems with one another but that’s normal, what’s important is that they’re always there for one another, and well a commander should be one of if not the strongest links in bringing the battalion together to be strong as a unit. Besides unifying the battalion it is also the responsibility of the commander to check in with the battalion and see how everything is doing, to encourage activity from their troops by hosting sims and trainings, they also need to be able to settle differences as an arbiter and to make unbiased decisions that will benefit the battalion and put the battalions concerns over their own personal gain. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as a Commander because I am reliable. I always try to help people whenever they need it if I am able to. I will make sure that all IC are up to date on the SOP and have had the proper training whether it be for standard trooper or a subclass. I will always make sure that roster updates don’t get too piled up and will try to do them daily. I will always be alert while on the server and make sure that IC is doing what they are supposed to be doing. I will always attend command and battalion meetings unless something serious/personal comes up. I will rarely take LOAs unless it’s absolutely necessary. I will make sure to not get burnt out but also give as much positive energy to encourage IC as possible. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be on every day for at least 3 hours. However School and certain other IRL matters will take priority depending on what it is. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have 0 warnings.
