Starfighter Corps ------------------------------------------ Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Marshall of the Starfighter Corps because for one, I love the branch and everyone within it, no doubt about it. Another reason I want to be Vice Marshall is because I want to be able to help everyone and help with the documents for Starfighters, (Update them, Make it look better, etc) and I want to be able to promote up to Officer so that way people that are qualified for the position may have a chance to be promoted. I also want to help bring the battalion even closer than before, there have been some fights and I want to help resolve those issues by being able to assist them and help them work it out, or just simply bring them up a channel in TS and let them chill out and calm down in private, one more reason is, I genuinely like helping people and being a Vice Marshall would be a great rank to have to do that as you know more than a some of the other people in the battalion and can give them a correct answer instead of them asking 10 people and getting a different answer every time. ------------------------------------------ How much game time do you have on the server? I have 4 Weeks in the server as of right now. ------------------------------------------ What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander/Vice Commander is to lead the battalion, they make sure everything is running smooth and all the members of the battalion are doing what is expected of them whether they are Enlisted, NCO, or Officer. They make sure roster is up to date which is crucial whenever deciding who can and cannot be promoted. They are in charge of most of the stuff that happens in the battalion, such as who can do what, who can be promoted to Officer, etc. ------------------------------------------ Why should we trust you to be a Vice Marshall? : I can be trusted as a Vice Marshall as I am very dedicated to the Starfighter corps. I have worked hard in the past to get to where I am now, I didn't get Officer overnight. I am good friends with most if not all of the people in Starfighters, I'm confident that the people who I am closest to can agree that I can be a good Vice Marshall. I have zero strikes, and I plan on keeping it that way, I am friendly and trustworthy, I have always been friendly to new people in SF, and I have always been truthful. I understand that Vice Marshall is a new list of responsibilities but if it's for this branch, I'll do anything. Even if it is tedious work. (Can be any length) I believe I deserve this rank as I have been on a staff team three times, two being for DarkRP and the other one for this server. I like interacting with the community and I want to get to know everyone better as I do not currently know very many people here, and I want to change that. I know all the ULX commands and understand when to use them. I have read the Staff Guidelines fully and understand them clearly. I also get along with many people whenever I do talk with someone so that makes sits fairly easy. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them, and freeze them to prevent anyone including myself being shot, if he is just giving constant disrespect I will gag him. For the MRDM I will give him/her a Written warn and ban him for 1 day and request a 5 day ban. For the constant swearing, I would give them a written warn. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I should be trusted with an Officer rank because I am an NCO and have been in SF for a total of 25 days. I joined cobra squad and have tried hard to know all of the people within SF and I know most of them. I have worked hard to be a good NCO, I haven't hosted many tryouts but this is mainly due to my LOA as a family member recently passed. But whether I get Officer or not I will host many more tryouts 2-3 a day. I also have never gotten a strike on SF. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can help with hosting tryouts, sims, trainings and much more. I can help point people in SF in the right direction if they are confused about something and I can help assist everyone within SF. (Can be any length) I believe I should be a Trial Moderator because I have been a Moderator on two servers before on DarkRP, and I got up to Senior Moderator before the servers shutdown. I am hardworking and would dedicate a lot of my time to helping the community be a better place and dealing with sits and just helping players in general. I have read the Staff Handbook at least a dozen times so I could memorize all the information within it for when the time comes. I am very friendly to other people and I know a lot of the people on the server. I've spent a lot of time on this server and I've seen how it can get whenever there are no staff online and only gamemasters, and I'm on most of the day, (2pm-10pm). I would be very active and possibly more active than some of the staff on this server. I think I would just be a great fit for the role. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone is Mass RDMing I would bring them into a sit, freeze them so they couldn't run off, and if they curse at me repeatedly, (Depending on the word/slur) I would verbally warn them, then I would ask them why they RDMed multiple people and if then I would check logs no matter what they say, and if they killed 4+ people I would call an Admin+ to formally warn them and ban them for 5 days. I also have not been extremely active recently due to power issues in my home. Thank you for your time.
