(With Screenshot Proof): 0 Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I want to join red right hand because i believe that i have what it takes to join this regiment of the best that the server has to offer. The first time i applied i was a Security COL and was named Assassin. I didn't have the experience then but i have it now and i believe that i can show the server i have what it takes to step up to this challenge and give it a shot. I want to join as they get to interact more in RP and have a lot to offer so i want to try to see if i can join this prestigious branch. Why should we accept you: You should accept me as i take my job and title seriously. I make sure to abid by the rules and do not exploit or abuse power. Due to my months of being on the server i have developed leadership skills to lead my fellow peers in battle. I have also gained a bit of experience as an SF by being inducted into the SF of delta-5 (G9 Gladiators). I know when it is time to joke around and i know when it's time to take things serious. I know that this job comes with responsibility and i promise to uphold them. I know that if i fail to do so, i will be removed. Like i said before, due to my time on the server i have gained skills over the months and always put my hardest when i flag on the job. I want to join delta 5 because I was previously a Sargeant major and feel like I haven't given it full chance. I feel that by returning, I can see and do what I can to get the full experience that delta 5 has to offer rather than just balancing a full plate and being distracted. Why should we let you into Delta-5? I should be let in to delta 5 as I stick to rules, if I read that certain rules shouldn't be broken then I would not break them. +support Throughout my time as DHFTO, he's never let me down to help me with notes. He's very reliable and makes sure D-block is stable from when I was around. I've never really ran into a problem when it came to him. Great candidate for SCMD if you ask me.

-support I have to be honest man, you gotta make sure you in it to win if you go for SCMD. you'll be asked to give your opinion in matters pertaining to SCMD+ and you'll need to be on not just for the first three weeks but at least every other day for now on. You need to reeally think on this because this rank isn't just for power but responsibilities too. you've been removed almost three times now and activity has been shaky but my info is outdated. You gotta think this through man. you can only be given so much chances before time runs out.

This has been a long time coming to be honest. As I've journeyed through the ranks of security, I've met loads of CMD members, and all have impacted me one way or another. I hope that this time I can rest with the fact that I've done all i can for security. Here are some honorable mentions: Sixx: This man was one of my inspirations when it came to wanting to be a Security CMD. I remember the days when this man was a MAJ running around with his red player model and hosting a shit ton of PT. He was not only a leader but a great inspirational person for many during his time. He was also the first HOPO and made it official Mind: He's been in this server so long. Always does the right thing and leads people well in D-block. (With Screenshot Proof): Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: Well to be frank, i want to try different things on the server. I hear a lot about how they get to protect certain foundation personnel from dangerous situations. I feel that over the times I've been a bit nervous when it comes to apply to things like this as this job not only has a lot of power but applies a lot of responsibilities. I feel this is something i can handle as I'm using to being tasked with high responsibilities and doing what i can with them. I've gained the sense of strength to want to apply for this to better my sense of responsibilities in my field of work. Not only that but it can also help with my nervousness around high figures as when i was a LCPL, i used to be scared lifeless of my HCMD. I was also Why should we accept you: I feel you should accept as i take my jobs seriously when it comes to the time. I make sure to carry myself with the dignity and pride of what i work and do as. I take my rank as a COL in security with pride and strength and up hold those responsibilities. I understand that if i underperform or do not act my rank that it'll be removed. That is why i take my job seriously and do things by the book with fairness but as strict as the rules are applied. Another reason you should pick is because i am not one to abuse my power if I'm entrusted with it. I like to work with others to complete a goal faster than work alone and have a plan fail. I do my best to communicate with those around me and see if we can achieve a certain goal faster than never at all. I'm also not prone to throwing those under a bus and hold myself with a sense of friendliness and de-escalation of a situation if required. I understand that if i fail to meet the requirements of this job, it will be taken away from me. That is why I will not abuse power and will stay within the rules of this job. It also helps that I have a record of no strikes on the roster and in the server because i do my best not to step where i do not need to step at. If i do end up making a mistake, i acknowledge it and try my best to improve my actions so i do better than i did before. If this is denied, then I understand and will not be unprofessional about it.
