Adding onto this (this will be my last reply) there is literally NO WAY to prove that a CC is "neutral." Normal members of the forums can't view old CC posts, and people saying "Oh, yeah, this CC is neutral." just looks so bad. Causes so many issues with Staff, normal RP, and so many other things. Removing them, or only having ONE Neutral CC that has SET RULES made by SMT would be very nice.

-Support Yeah, no. Shotguns did get buffed but giving 682 that much HP is just insane. Even more so when he is breached during off-hours or early in the morning, would make MTF and their lives hell and would probably make them get off. The SWEP hitreg is ass, I would support buffing/changing that to be better but an HP buff is a hell no.

+Support Have seen this happen on the Staff side of things and has caused a few newer players to just out right leave the game because of how unfair it is. With the new map and zones as well, it is a nightmare to try and figure out where they can and cannot go, and it just makes MTF and their lives a little more annoying. The server has changes so much since "Neutral CCs" were a thing, and I think it is time to put all of that to rest in the past. If people did pay for neutral CCs (unsure if they DID have to pay for them, as I wasn't around for when they were popular) but could give them a discount if so. If you wanna play as a Hitman, go to DarkRP.

Have you read the SCP-RP Event Team Guidelines?: Yes. How many warns do you have? (Screenshot): None. I tried uploading a picture, but the forums will not let me. Why do you want to join event team?: Firstly, I would love to become ET to help out with PTs, events, and sits as lately I have seen not many people take ET sits. They stay up for a little while before being taken. I have also seen not many people be able to do PTs because a lot of current ET are busy with school, work, IRL, etc. I also want to be able to run events again, mostly passive RP ones for research, medical, etc. as many of them don't really happen a lot of the day. I love when events happen, and if I were to be ET again, I would make sure to do a least one a day if possible. I also know how to work with others, so having someone watch over me or helping someone out shouldn't be too bad in the long run. Why should you be trusted to be part of the Event Team?: I used to be ET for GL back in 2020, and it was very fun to do. I am also currently a CMD member in 2 branches, a Senior Mod in staff, and all my past experience on both GL and other servers would surely show that I would never abuse my powers as ET. I know how to use mostly all the commands that ET are freely able to use and I am very familiar with the toolgun that ET has access to as well. I have been around the community for a long time now, I have no warns on any GL server so I think that alone shows that I do not go around breaking any server rules. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: Yes, as I am already staff on SCP-RP and I have been a ET for GL before as well. Describe an event you could create (Be specific): One event that I have thought about doing would be a flying entity would start flying around the site, breaking lights from time to time and just being a little annoying. I would either use a ghost model or a similar model that would be on the server for ET to use. After a few minutes, the PA system would advert that the unknown entity would be located in either Misc. LCZ or in temp holding. Research would then have to work together with MTF to find 4 different "orbs" and bring them to the entity before time runs out (I would hide them in easy locations and give about 15 minutes to find each). If they failed, I would, as the entity, breach an SCP at random. However, if they found said "orbs" before time ran out, I would take them and go through a portal, ending the event.

What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting to add a small D-Block lounge or mining area like we had on the map before. This area would be in the back of D-Block, on the side of D-Block that the cells face the wall, not GENSEC area. I would also suggest to allow D-Class CCs to spawn there so that way they can wait their NLR in a safe place without being crossfired, killed as soon as they spawn/walk out, etc. How would this change better the server? - Would have a place for D-Cass and D-Class CCs to just chill, place weapons, sniper, etc. Would also allow for gambling machines to be added (if they are coming to this map). Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None that I can see, but I am open to feedback. Who would this change mostly benefit? - D-Cass and D-Class CCs. First, you posted this in archive. And second, there is this new script that if your CC has been inactive for however long, the model will be removed for storage space, etc. i think if you play on the job for like a few hours, the model will come back. If not, then go to the CC section and make a post for whichever server the CC is on.

If they don't wanna do events, then they simply don't get the toolgun. I can see this causing a lot of issues, with minges and ET sits not being made. ET do their quota with this sits and just letting ppl apply for one would hinder that greatly. If someone needs a toolgun in game for whatever RP reason, they can make a sit for an ET to give them one until they die or if the ET slays them and brings them back. You even state yourself that a lot of things can go wrong with this idea, I simply do not see it as something that is needed or would benefit the server in any way. I could honestly see this as killing ET because, if you can just apply for a toolgun, why would you ever wanna be ET? My -Support stays the same.
