I have not gotten a single strike in any form yet, and have hosted an off meeting/PT once a week as requested. My promotions have been slightly improving, and I received no complaints from my mentee during the mentorship program. I have been enforcing the rules and keeping lower personnel in line. I have been as active as I can be, although I will admit I have taken a couple of break days that were unscheduled or unusual, but on those days I did not feel well emotionally/physically. I have attended every meeting that I did not fill out a meeting absence or LOA for, and have been semi active in the discord, although I will also admit this is decreasing slightly. These reasons collectively are why I believe I can and should maintain my command rank for the foreseeable future. Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?: None

Sinnik, You always scared me when I was an enlisted and NCO, But deep down I knew you weren't scary, and that you did care about everyone. This really proves that. -Support At first I was skeptical of it, but it seems to be ok these days. I don't see any problems with it, we even managed to get Riot Control able to pass, and I personally think that's good enough. Edit: If anything, I personally also think its rather nice that we get to go up to that spesific point, as before I was keeping everyone by their barricades. Now that this is in place, I dont have to do that anymore, and GENSEC technically gets more space then I personally allowed in the past.

+/-Support Honestly, it would make sense to have other units be able to go across. D-class have been able to riot by sitting behind that elevator before, sniping us out. This could balance out D-block, but as of right now I still feel as if this puts D-class on the power side. Edit: Im on the fence about it, going to let it sit for a week or two, I think this is more of a case over just throwing down something without giving information on why it could be beneficial. Not saying this is SMT's fault, but its more of just it came outta nowhere, but we'll probably get used to it. Ive heard a few arguments on both sides, and honestly think its something that needs to still be further determined/used before immediately voicing a FINAL opinion.

I have no non-verbal warns, and have only had one verbal warning on D-Class. I have never missed a log. I am a semi-active containment specialist, and previously was a Senior Containment Cleaner before the merge. These reasons should hopefully prove that I can be trusted as an OS. 6. Why do you think you should be command? (70+ words): I Think I should be a part of command as it would expand my tasks in Maintenance giving me more reasons to be more active. It would also assist me in dealing with troublesome trainees as an FTO or troublesome people in general as my rank would allow me to perform more actions to have them dealt with properly and quickly. It would allow me to be more informed about the state of the branch, and if necessary pass down information to non-command ranking personnel. It would be an all around assist to most problems that I run into. 7. If you saw a Jr Maintenance minging and breaking the SOP, how would you handle it: I would promptly inform them to stop whatever they are doing, if needed pull them aside and then inform them of what they broke in the SOP, to not do it again and if needed provide a reason why. If they refused to comply and kept minging or breaking the SOP after several warnings, I would grab their name and SteamID, then punish them and inform a higher ranking member or staff if necessary.
