what windu said was right, due to bureaucracy which I won't get into, Texas literally cannot handle this weather. The system was never winterized, which leads to many suffering and some dying. Pipes arent insulated either and are freezing and breaking which is resulting in hundreds of millions in damages. Basically a lot of factors such as politics, climate change, bad things happening at the worst time, and even just plain coincidence let to this disaster. I'd like to add one thing if you're in Texas, dont be dumb and use combustible heating indoors.
