I was Driving around with a LCPL, a truck driver came and rammed into both of our vehicles and sent us flying across the map, then attempted to park and hide in a base. I went over to put the driver in handcuffs. Tim then comes over and starts yelling at us that I cannot arrest the truck driver and saying RDA. He was not part of the scene nor were they in the same family. The LCPL attempted to put him in cuffs while I was dealing with the other truck driver. I don't know his reasoning but it does not matter right now, as Tim's response was to pull out a AK and mow down the LCPL. This is the rule infraction for which he was warned. Tim is a truck driver which is a neutral faction, cannot be murdering someone because he feels it was RDA. To continue the situation, I was putting the other truck driver in my car and he starts to run over to me, I taze him and he pulls out a AK and then proceeds to murder me, as a truck driver, no adverts. Not that a advert would matter as you cant jailbreak or murder as a truck driver nor can you do that for someone not in the family. (150 Word Minimum): I love the server and being on the administrative team would give me the opportunity to help out the community in a bigger way. I am mature and see myself to be a fair and well rounded person. I am returning to my higher levers of activity, usually on through the daytime of CST. I do have 2 warns from when I first started playing on the server, as this was my first RP server and didn't know how to play necessarily correct. From back inn December have learned the MOTD well, and seem to find my self as a good RP player. I am a big fan of the community and its members and would like to help keep it that way! I am good with people and problem solving. So what better way to give me a chance to further build my reputation and show my skills then to trust in me to be YOUR trial moderator, allow me to make the community better by keeping the RP flowing! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? The important key to situations like this is to remain calm and keep cool. Likely they are acting out due to situations in their own life so they come here to lash out. Key point here , I don't let other peoples hate get to me. I would bring the alleged RDM'er into a sit and attempt to get their side of the story. If words begin to lash I would attempt to calm them down. If they continue to yell and curse and call names, I would gag/mute the player so I could remind them of the rules and that they can be warned for staff/player diss for using that type of language with a staff or any member of the server. After this reminder I would ungag/unmute the player to attempt to remediate the situation. If they do decide to continue with their behavior and continue to be toxic, they would be gagged/jailed for a while. I would continue on to inform the player that they will be receiving 2 warnings firstly for Mass RDM, and second for staff diss. I would give the warn for the mentioned reasons, then end the sit and return the player.

There should be a plae where the president can see all of the commands he is able to do and the rules surrounding each command.
