Now looking through your app, you appear to have partially what I think is needed or becoming of an A1 officer however j do have some things to say. Your description of why you want to be an Officer is funky. You say you like to organize groups of unorganized enlisted. However something I think it's really important to remember is that A1 will consist of pretty much the best people on mtf or ones competent enough to the point where disorganization that you speak of will (almost) never occur. Despite this, I think your answer to the 7th question is more to my liking and more fleshed out then other applicants. It's not just (be nice be good be cool) or something half assed. With that being said I'd be cool with seeing you at a 1LT-CPT capacity.

So first of all this wasn't ever brought to my attention which is weird. Second, something your gonna have to bear with me on here is that when this blacklist took place not only was I not even fully back to playing on this server but I had been gone for about 4-6 months prior. Thus I was used to different types of community norms. (I was playing military rp so disrespect n shit wasn't looked at the same way here) and the disobedience and breakage of the SOP was me getting on top of a gate at 12 midnight while we were all chilling and just vibing. So to answer your question yeah, this is indeed in the past because I have actually readjusted to this community's norms and expectations. I have already proven this with my largely successful work in C.I As for your concept that I think I am above the rules. It's frankly unfounded. I haven't been warned in twice the amount of time you've been in GL and haven't received any punishment in CI thus far. So I don't know where you get that from. I'd assume the past in which all I have to say is many immature 14 year Olds don't give a shit about rules. Doesn't make what I did in the past right but your comparing an adult with their extremely young teenage self essentially. Which is incomparable. Anyways I don't mean to be rude in any part of this. I type in a rather unintentionally douche baggy tone but it's hard change that just given the way I express myself so don't take nothing personally or nothing.

Oh okay, well in that case I am willing to give you a +Support Considering your RRH and SCMD I think you should be able to do fine in a LT spot or CPT spot.

-Support I think you'd be an excellent SCMD for A-1 but I think as far as HCMD goes and with the other apps you're simply out matched. As I said though it think you'd excel in a MAJ-LTCOL position.

Essentially this, i cant just come off reserves, not have any combative experience and then go for an Officer position in which i will be commanding combat operations and tactics. -Support

-Support Considering you've never been RRH or any SF. I don't think you should be in an Officer capacity for RRH. I think you need to start as an enlisted and move up from there.

-Support Opera, you're not a completely terrible person however my experience with you in the past have constantly proven that you can be very pretentious at times as well as willfully ignorant on how you come off towards other people. These issues as well as the big fuss you made over E4 prove to me that you arent exactly capable of being SF much less an officer. Though I can say, I would not be objecting to you joining A-1. I think you have potential but you need to work out some kinks before you do.

+Support It is true, when you were once a Security Sergeant and you went for A-1 I took a hard shit on your application. However, you have definitely been a case of "the student becoming the master" so to speak. I now believe that your abilities and excellence observed in CI and E4 have made you more then fitting for a place on the A-1 CMD team.

-Support I don't think you have the leadership prowess expected of an A1 Leadership. think you need to do what big Bob said and start small and rise up because you generally seem unexperienced in the SF field.

+Support I am almost certain if big Bob gets this he will make A1 great. His leadership, seriousness and professionalism really make for one of the top 3 best candidates out of all the Commander apps imo.

-Support Sorry elevate but I truly can't see you working in the capacity of a VCMDR or CMDR of A1. Me personally I think you need to start off as a beginner or intermediate command member. LT-Maj. I don't think you have the knowledge of A1 or SF for MTF to properly ovs it. Still a LT-MAJ rank would suit you well.

-Support You are a very antagonistic person. You attempt to start shit all the time with me and that makes me doubt you have good relations with a lot of people. This is also considering you the major shit u got into with E11. Additionally you lack responsibility, when you initially got a strike and dnp for ci for literally leaking not just my dms with you but other ppl, you checked out of CI for your entire DNP time and only recently started playing again. Overall I say this without hesitation, bias and or anger that you lack every quality needed to be an A1 Command, whether it be your toxicity, lack of responsibility, ignorance and or abuse of your powers, I don't think you'll be ready for A1 in a generalization for another 3 months.

-Support. I do not see you executing the role of A1 officer very well for reasons stated above. You lack SF experience, community exposure (I have no clue who you are) and you don't appear to have any mtf experience whatsoever. If you join A1 it should be at the enlisted level.

+Support I have known buck for a decent while now and I can say with full confidence he has the ability to lead/mentor/guide A1 to a good future.

-Support So my problems with your app is that you lack experience in the SF field from what I understand. Your answer to the relations question seems not very well thought since you mention 3 sub branches and no actual branches. Yes most A1 operations are redacted but there are still ways to remain inclusive. Not only that you barely touched up on comms. I think you should start off as enlisted or nco instead of officer. Take some time to learn about the functionality of A1 more in depth.

-Support Similar to shadows I have really low confidence that you will be able lead/manage/improve and allow success in A1. Not only will it be your highest rank yet but its completely different then the branches you do run and would be your first experience as SF (and in an overseer capacity). +Support I think Sean has done a good job with E4. The members of it are pretty good at the game, aren't assholes and do the job of SF better then other SFs. I think this speaks to Sean's ability to effectively run his branch.

-Support Another applicant who has a good record, though as an A1 Command I do not see functioning in a strong capacity necessary for a new branch. Your leadership skills still seem to be basic based on experiences. Something I'd like to bring up to is your plans to improve branch relations is not very good. Your plan in quick summary is "Do what we need to do and don't be Dicks about it" but this will only lead to static/neutral relations. You need a plan to improve them for example if your conducting redacted operations have Nu7 officers organize their troops to protect the local area of the operation. E11 is a donator exclusive. D5 was literally paid to be added on the server. Kinda like 7 CCs with RP power. -Support unless you wanna pay that fat price tag XD
