  9. Name: Warmug. I also go by Reynosa (IAA), Yaba (A-1) and Bifröst (G9). Current and former RP ranks (max of 3 of each): Delta-5 Major (Internal Affairs Agency Director (Head)) Alpha-1 Sergeant (I will resign from A-1 if accepted) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:211143866 DiscordID: krigsmuggen Why do I want to be a command member?: I love the passive roleplay involved in enforcing ethics. Not only am I a Major in Delta-5, but I have also held the position of Director of the IAA (Internal Affairs Agency) for a significant period of time. These positions serve as evidence of my profound devotion to the Code of Ethics. Why do I aspire to be part of the command team? Well, I simply don't want the potential diverse roleplay opportunities to be wasted. It would be disheartening to witness Omega-1 transforming into a combat-oriented branch when it has the potential to be so much more. I was the first person to start and actively drive the development of the Delta-5 website. However, I want to acknowledge that I do not claim sole credit for it. Once I got the project started, it gained momentum and numerous other command members of D-5 contributed their efforts. I am confident that I can bring the same level of dedication and support to Omega-1. I will always strive for the best and ensure that our SOP surpasses those of any other branch in terms of both appearance and advancement. I have recently started to implement coding into websites and will definitely do so for Omega-1 as well. Here is an example of an IAA specialization SOP that has some of the coding made by me in actual use: https://sites.google.com/view/gl-mtf-delta-5-front-runners/sub-divisions/internal-affairs-agency/tase-the-all-seeing-eye (If the person that is reviewing this application and finds this interesting, please contact me for the password to explore it further since I don’t want to leak that information here). I really want Omega-1 to be seen with the authority that it should have. It would be a shame if O-1 had people who would not behave according to our future SOP, causing the entire Omega-1 to be negatively perceived on the server. As a member of the command, I would be very strict with individuals who misbehave and ensure that any reports are dealt with swiftly. I believe this is a crucial aspect for any O-1 command member since we represent the rules laid out by the foundation. If we don't adhere to them ourselves, how can we expect anybody else to listen to us? What skills and qualities makes you best fit to be Omega-1 Command?: As stated before, I have a large amount of experience with Delta-5 and the Internal Affairs Agency. The experience from reaching the rank of Major within D-5 has led me to become a great leader both in and out of character. I have learnt how to lead a squadron of multiple people, this is largely thanks to Ellipsis. He was grooming me to become the next Deputy Head of RTF where he taught me as a person new to Garry’s mod how to make people listen and follow my lead. This will definitely be important to any Omega-1 command to show the large number of new people that will be inducted into the branch what to do and where to go. I have also learnt how to lead out of character as mentioned before. Some key things being how to push out different goals and objectives to others. This could definitely be helpful in Omega-1 since a branch full of people not knowing how to show their ideas and put things into action will not survive for very long. My experience as the Director of the IAA is definitely something to note, not only do I confidently know the CoE, I also have the experience of arresting and punishing people for not following it. This is a very important skill to have since just knowing the Code of Ethics will not be enough to actually understand the whole process of arresting, interviewing witnesses (only necessary if we were not there to see it in person), interrogating and choice of punishment. To increase the fun and amount of RP for everybody you have to be striving to always find RP opportunities. For example: sometimes the only punishment is not just to throw them into jail, you can order a Psych Eval if that could be necessary, another example could be to demote them to the position of a janitor for the foundation and apply class G amnestics to them. These are not the only things you could do as a punishment / end of an interrogation but just a few examples that could be more fun than simply putting them in jail for 10 minutes. I always try to encourage RP as much as possible and try to include other branches such as medical whenever possible. This is not only for the CoE violators fun either, just arresting people and throwing them in jail is just not fun. I always try to show my subordinates in IAA that. On the subject of overseeing, I have learnt a lot from being the Head of IAA on how to oversee CMD members. Not only to give out punishments and such but to actually be able to make them improve and better themselves, like stated above. I have also re-created the IAA roster and been dealing with a lot of roster work. When I first joined the branch, IAA was in a very bad shape. There were less people in it than I could count on one hand. The roster was extremely outdated, some promotions not being logged for almost a month. This was because two of the deputy heads had just been blacklisted from MTF because they tried to start a coup and the head was busy IRL. The SOP’s and tests were also extremely outdated which caused me to take action and create new ones. I continued to work on the branch and made the SOP, roster and everything related to IAA the best I could. But I have not started to neglect the branch just because I now have two deputy heads and technically could let them take care of it. I have continued to create and re-work everything I think could be done better. An example of this is my latest project called TASE which has the coding that I mentioned above. I am also currently both in Gamma-9 and Alpha-1 as a Sergeant. I can confidently say that I will not go power mad by either my clearance level or command position as I am a Major and a head of a sub-branch. I would say that is also an important quality of any member of Omega-1 to have. This is because it would tarnish our reputation if we have people abusing their power as an Omega-1. I am very good at creating SOPs and other such things like rosters. My main expertise lies in creating unique websites that can make a boring old document actually look good. I have made many pages of the Delta-5 websites as I touched on a little above. But I can also write new stuff and is not limited to redesigning old documents. If you accept me into Omega-1, I will be able to help create and design many different things such as a website or roster if you need me to. On a scale of 1-10, how well do you know the Code of Ethics?: I am going to say 9 since I have a lot of experience in the CoE due to my position as the Director of the IAA. I have made a punishment guideline with Ellipsis, Ein and Fenrir. This caused me to carefully re-read every singular CoE rule and discussed it with my deputy heads on what punishment is fit for what crime. I have also just learnt the different scenarios where a Code of Ethics violation actually occurs instead of just knowing the different rules in my head. This is important because it’s not easy to act on something when you are new since every different case has a unique scenario. I am saying 9/10 because I feel there is always room for improvement no matter what you do. Thank you for reading and considering me for this application - Warmug
