I would like to join the support team to benefit Gaminglight in an even more positive way, grow as a Staff Member, and to further help one of the departments I am in. I've been a part of the PoliceRp Staff team for a while now and my experience with the staff team and what players generally go through can be beneficial. Since as staff and with my departments I am constantly in teamspeak I can use that time to help new players get set up in the community. Like I've said before I've been with Gaminglight for a couple years and been a staff member for several weeks now. I like to continue learning and grow myself within the team as to always be. This would be a new experience on GL and would allow me to grow and help people in ways I could not before. It would also benefit PD on the server as well as several other regiments across other servers. On Policerp I am PD supervisor and to join our department you must get trained in TS so I could help me and other supervisors get people through the process so they can get trained quicker. I would also be available to help several new people who are trying to join regiments across Gaminglight. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? First my activity on teamspeak is very high and this would allow me to help a lot of people as they come through teamspeak and get them onto our server quicker so they can play and stay on and become major members of the community. There are several reasons why I should be promoted to LT. To start, my dedication and time commitment to PD. I try my best to be on PD as much as I can. I am on most evenings EST time and do my best to especially be on when there is a cadet that needs training or when there is a need for a supervisor. Even if I don’t really have the time to be on, if I see there is a cadet that hasn’t been trained, I get on and train them. I do my best to ensure that I am respectful to all the people in Gaminglight. Whether citizens or fellow GOV or my commanding officers. I make sure to not break any rules or policies that are in place. And I always make sure that I make my time on PD productive. Whether it be training new cadets, field training new ofc’s with ride alongs, reminding other officers if there are things, I spot that are violations, patrol on the street to keep Rockford safe, and do my best to leave a positive impact in this city. I try my best to show the citizens, that PD is there to keep them safe, which is why I show every person I deal with my best respect. I also believe I have the leadership skills and knowledge to be a LT. I have been SM for more than 3 months and a supervisor in general even longer and believe I presented good supervisory skills that I have picked up during my journey up the ranks, by listening in on how command deal with situations and learning from them. I truly learned a ton of new skills during the lower ranks and believe I am ready to expand my career into the low command area. As a LT I plan on ensuring that the policies of training cadets and field training new OFC’s is always taken seriously and properly. (150 Word Minimum): The Garry's Mod community has played a big part in my life over the last bit, and so has Gaminglight. I currently and have always had a strong passion for Garry's mod. I know the insides and outsides of common problems and advanced problems this leads me to the ability to be able to help players who are experiencing troubles. I can adapt to changes fast and I can work very well under stressful situations. I am responsible with tools supplied to me and I know how to use them. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? The first thing I would do would be to drag them to a secure area, like on the roof, along with the person(s) who reported him, and first start to get there side of the situation i will ask them if they have video proof, if yes I will watch the video if I see Mass RDM I will explain him his warn and give it to him. If not I would freeze them and gag them for I can then hear the story from the person(s) who got RDM'd. I would then check the logs after I get both sides of the story to see if the logs match up with one side or the other. Once I would get enough proof and everything would match up, I would explain to them what they did wrong then warn them for Mass RDM and Staff Disrespect.

(150 Word Minimum): why I should be worthy of this rank, because I am an active member of the community and have gotten to know many people over the time period I have been here at gaming light. You will see me in the midday and very late nights patrolling usually as S.R.T unless I join my other departments like ( EMS or PD). I have helped resolve multiple issues before a staff is called because I see the issues being very simple as someone is not being trained, someone is being treated poorly, people are minging and acting like children and I try my best to act as an adult and help them become good roleplayers. I try my best to make a difference in this server by changing people's attitude towards it and doing random acts of kindness. I do this often as well as I know when you first get into the server it's kinda hard to make money so I will set up stands and bases in front of spawn where you enter and get money from myself or the bit racks I have put down for the civilians. I try my best to create a state of roleplay where everyone is having a great time and no matter if you keep dying or getting raided you're still having fun and keeping up the RP. I believe with me being able to get on late at night until early morning and having the positive attitude that I have, I can really help solve many problems and help gaming light rid its servers of the minges that rush in and try and ruin it for others. I would also like to say if I were to become staff I am a very easy going person and will give you the amount of respect you give me but I am in no way shape or for a push over, when it is needed I am a very strict person and will lay down the law when it is needed but usually I am my normal kind self . Also I will admit to you all sometimes I have in the past let my emotions get to me as a civilian/law enforcement officer but never have I ever lost my cool as a staff member on any other server and I promise I will not on this server if I get the chance. I have been really having an amazing time here at gaming light. I am looking forward to being here for a really long time . I am a great team player and would love to be a part of the family you guys call the gaming light staff team and bond with all of you.
