-Support I get where you're coming from, but it's just how riot shields work. If you were to take damage with it out, it would be rendered useless due to the fact that it slows you down, and you can't shoot back with it out so all the enemy needs to do is spray at you until the 40% damage bullets kill them.

Its not very hard to counter, just need to use your brain (I am CI and have to fight it too). When you know someone with the sword is near you spread out and shoot. -
