There would need to be a way so if you commit certain crimes you can’t get bailed out of (or repeat offenders don’t get bail). Like it would be officer discretion if this guy would be allowed to get bail.

He’s a PA so he can’t be demoted (he can only be removed). He probably got greedy and decided he’s gonna take what he wanted and since you’re rich and he’s probably new to the server he didn’t understand. But in the way he scammed you, you could tell he knew he would make money and therefore he definitely deserves a strike or a firm talking to. (I personally think both)

What you want to see? - okay so recently I was watching Heat (it’s really good, you guys should see it, it’s on Netflix) well in the opening scene these 5 guys rob a bank truck and the police show up, but never catch them because they use homemade spike strips. I think regular civs should have a way to get homemade spike strips (or regular spike strips) to get away from PD after a crime like robbery. Why should we add it? - we should add this cuz it’s just kinda cool for the protagonist (the crim) to drive off followed by cops and then all of a sudden they all swerve out of control. 2nd it would force the PD to think more on their feet and move to cut them off. Forcing them to create real barricades (with their cars). What are the advantages of having this? - gives crims a chance to get away, but you’d have to make spike strips destroyable plus it forces PD to learn to work together to create barricades and RP stopping fleeing felons. Hi guys I’m sorry my activity has been very confusing (on PRP). I get on for 15 minutes and all of a sudden have to drop everything and go. This is repeated due to fights issues and the sort. (It’s gotten so bad today my brother came at me with a knife). So yea, I’m sorry for all of this it’s just I’m struggling.

(You know the EMS garage door in which you need a car to open). Especially Tcoops and the SRT TL (sorry already forgot your name). Tcoops wouldn’t take no for an answer and shot me mid backstory. The SRT TL listened to my demands and knew just the right amount of push and pull. He backed off when I said I’ll shoot the hostage if we don’t do it my way, but he was very insistant, a good negotiator. 5/5 stars on Yelp what does anyone else think.
