Yeah but I wouldn’t say research or utility are dead by any means. It’s very common to see them on. If you see RnD on they are always on Bio or EOI. I can’t remember the last time I saw an enlisted RnD flagged up unless it was a PT.

RnD takes up a life that most people don’t consider worth it. You rarely get to test on SCPs as RnD as Military has to get a successful raid on an SCP that is active (and willing) to get tested on. The RPers of the server play utility or research, RnD is sad state of a branch with no real place. I feel removing it and migrating some jobs such as Bio-Engineer, EOI, and the dog to military.

But isn’t that the point of CI? That’s why I play. I never play CI to go grab an SCP for RND. Maybe RND could be trimmed down and combined with military.

Even before LOA I rarely saw you. Low ranks wouldn’t be an issue but I just haven’t seen you around that long. I asked some NU-7 on the server if they knew you and they didn’t. Application is fine nothing to write home about. -Support for now
