  2. +support! This has been a change that has been long needed for some time. Often times it felt as if someone was promoted into a Senior Commander position for the wrong reasons (A vice commander was deserving, they were rank locked and couldn’t be chosen for HC, etc.) this alleviates those issues and put more of an emphasis on the rank of Senior Commander, what their role is, and fits with the “senior command” title much better.

  4. ImperialRP just recently had an issue where a user was using a different account and wanted to switch over their stuff. SMT told them it wasn't possible and they would have to do it all again. I'm not sure if the same if here however. (Granted this is a different situation but same scenario.) See Post:

  7. - Support While I believe you have good intentions and truly want to make the community a better place, I think you should give it more time. You have attempted to do good for the community but this is bigger than that. More recently, you -repped people who disagreed with your report against a staff member.This shows some sort of "retaliation" mindset which is no needed. Once more, I think you are a good person with good intentions but you just need more time.

Job/Class Name: Agent Hask, Agent Del, Iden Versio Weapon Kit: - Current Loadout: DT-12, IQA-11, TL-50, Cross Arms (Infront), Cross Arms, Smoke Grenade, DP-23, T-21 - Add: Deployable Shield (deployable_shield) Reason for change: The standard Inferno Agent job comes equipped with a deployable shield. It would only make sense for the leadership roles within the sub-branch to also have the shield. Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: Adds a standard around the kit and allows the lore characters to protect essential people or rooms. If standard Inferno Agents come with the shield, why shouldn't their superiors?
  16. +Support Chief is one of the most willing people I have ever met. He regularly give himself challenges all for the benefit of other or the community and would be an amazing pick. He stays on top of everything in an orderly and timely manner and makes sure everything is done.

Admin and Senior Forum Diplomat How often are you on Teamspeak? Nearly everyday for 5+ hours at a time (minimum) How often do you use Discord? Anytime I am not asleep or busy. I often have to check it for in RP things and am extremely responsive in it. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to become a member of the Support Team in order to assist others as any of our servers can be very daunting and asking for assistance can be scary for new members. Often time when people join the server and request help either in OOC, Discord, or Teamspeak they hesitate asking anything in fear of being ridiculed or being treated like an idiot. I wish to eliminate that and let newcomers and established members of the community know that asking for assistance in any capacity is okay and there are people present and willing to assist them until they full grasp what that need help with. Furthermore, I wish to gain more experience with members of the other servers and -- with my help -- inspire others to either apply for staff or just be a good member of the community and help newer community members. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? First and foremost I would welcome them into the channel, let them know that their ticket has been taken and make sure they know where they are as to avoid confusion. I would then ask them to explain their issue or situation and let them explain it fully. Once I believe I understand everything, I would reiterate the problem to let them know I understand their issues and then apologize for them having said issues. I would then take the necessary steps in order to help them with their problem. Afterwards, I would tell them that I am happy to help and make sure they have no other problems. Before moving out I would wish them a good day and let them know that I will be closing the ticket or moving them to the appropriate channel.
  18. This really isn't need for a suggestion as there is nothing to be implemented however before there was a line on the map, the AOS line was the blast doors. Lets at least use the line as it was intended.
