In real life and if I had money, I’d settle my mind on something classy, comfortable, and sexy. Like a BMW, Mercedes, or Astin Martin. For utility though I’m settled on a Ford F-150. Now if we’re talking in game dubstep truck all the way.

Typically the only reason PD should be in SRT/SWAT/BSI base respectively is to either to pursue criminals or if they're there on terms of a "meeting" with one of the departments. Whether the departments should tell you to buggar' off or just outright shoot you is up to them.
