+ Support I believe that Nicc deserves the position of Support Team for various reasons, but notably I would like to mention Nicc's desire to uphold the abilities of integrity, honesty, and respect to a degree that should never go unrecognized. Nicc's service in the PoliceRP Staff Team is extremely notable due to his ability to handle complicated and challenging situations, while remaining in a professional manner. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels?: If a support ticket were to be reported in, I would first move into the channel the person is in and introduce myself as a member of the GamingLight Support Team in a calm and professional manner, and ask them what issue they have encountered. I would work with diligence and respect as I assisted them with the problem at hand, suggesting feedback and solutions when available.

+Support Throughout the time I have known Mark, I have seen massive improvements in his maturity and his experience through his time with GamingLight. A very long period of that being dedicated to the MilitaryRP server, as well as others such as CloneWars, DarkRP, a GameMaster for ImperialRP, and once previously was dual-staffed for PoliceRP and MilitaryRP at the same time. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) A rough estimate of when I started with this community would be around the beginning to middle of December of 2014. I was younger back then and over the years have learned many, many things with my time in this community. A large portion of these years was dedicated to MilitaryRP specifically and over the years I have found myself staying with the community even as the years pass on from that server being shutdown, now continuing my journey with PoliceRP. Through holding various command positions throughout both staff, event-team, and roleplay positions in the past, I have learned what it takes to be a fantastic leader, all of the appropriate steps to exhibiting respect, and most importantly, helping individuals in the ways they require so that they may enjoy themselves in these servers. Not only do I understand that to be a great leader, requires great followership, but acknowledge the shortcomings of people amidst the staff team, as well as players of the community in that sometimes, people make mistakes. On countless occasions, I have been met with the difficulty of there being people who have no regard for respect or the caring for the server or its' players, I would like to professionally make sure that all players can enjoy the experience without interruption or confusion from individuals who decide they would like to not uphold the rules of the MOTD. Another objective for which I believe I deserve this rank is due to my ability to communicate and receive missions provided to me through the staff team, and effectively act upon them to ensure maximum, security, honesty, and respect are being displayed. I would love to challenge myself once again in the process of assisting others in all ways possible by joining the staff member detachment so that I can serve members of the community with honor, integrity, and respect, as I have previously, and now plan to do so. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First, by accepting the report or witnessing the RDM'ing occur, I would bring them to a secluded location and jail the individual. Upon doing this I would then explain to them why they cannot commit the actions that just transpired. If they were to attempt in interrupting me, I would then mute and gag them momentarily so that I could finish explaining this to them. After finishing the detailing of why it is against the server rules for RDM, and to harass individuals with possible player diss, if that is what they were cursing at me or to others, I would check their warn history for RDM or player diss to see if they've had any previous infractions, then take into account how much time they had on the server, and aptly give them a server warning for Mass RDM and player diss if they had committed that previously, although if they did not, I would then give them a verbal warning regarding the player diss and then continue forward to unmute and ungag them, see what they have to say for themselves, and if they continue to curse at me, to remain to gag them and then return them to where they were. If they were not to continue to curse at me, I would return them, ungagged and unmuted, and in all cases for both of these scenarios, I would keep a close eye on them as I go around doing my staff duties to see if they would commit another infraction.
