  1. +support Shadow is great to be around. He's trustable and would like to see him as rear admiral.
  2. +support I only have positive interactions with him. Mature and competent in his role.
  3. 1: What's your in-game name and rank? (Ex: MC S SPC Hex 0084): 69th SPC Chip 2910 (Specialist) 2: What's your timezone?: PST 3: What's your SteamID?: STEAM_0:1:97415152 4: How often will you be able to be active and at what times?: I am already extremely active in the server, usually over 3 hours a day, and you can expect me to be on mostly during EST afternoons and evenings. 5: Why should we trust you as a Medical NCO?: I think I can be trusted as a Medical NCO due to the fact that I am on constantly, never minge, and already hold a pretty high position of power in another regiment. I kind of have a knack for tryouts, and as such would be pumping out tryouts quite frequently to help bolster the numbers of the battalion. In addition to this, I believe I have shown my capability as a medic on the field already. I have been noticed by the prior Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax for my performance, and was quite proud of that. I am constantly healing, armoring and giving ammo to players in-game, be it with the bacta injector, stim shot, or armor kit, even on Defcon 5. I'm a medical constantly going around ship to give these things out, as troopers need to be prepared for anything at any time. You can trust me because I I have shown competency and also have leadership skills that would assist me to lead the enlisted. I also assisted Bub with many PvE simulations, and me and him get along really well. 6: Why should you be a Medical NCO?: I believe I should be a Medical NCO because I am at a point where I am ready to help keep the enlisted following proper protocols and procedures, as well as assist officers in day-to-day tasks. I lead on the battlefield often and feel like I could easily implement strategies during missions or events to keep Medical running as efficiently as possible. I also think that I am a disciplined trooper; I always do my best to have a good attitude with those around me, learn from mistakes, and just try to uphold and exceed the standards put upon us. While I haven't been a Medical NCO before, I have experience as an NCO in a very strict regiment and feel like I would fit in easily here. Overall, I think I should be a Medical NCO because it would greatly add to the quality of enlisted troopers and overall battalion status. 7: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I think where I stand out is hyper-focus on the current situation. This can be very helpful during missions or events because I'll know where to assign certain troopers in battle, and know who to prioritize healing, and when. For example, if we were on Tatooine and multiple Medical enlisted were on the right side of the map and an explosion hits the left side, I would instantly be sending troops that direction and would keep asking for updates on the situation until everyone is healed and the mission is completed. My experience overwatching in other battalions would make this especially effective. I also know the boundaries between what is acceptable behavior and what is not. Obviously everyone messes around now and then, but it must be done in a way that does not affect others and is minor in scale. If someone was completely minging around or failing to meet the regiment's expectations, even if they were my friend, I would pull them aside and ask them to stop, and relay the infractions up the chain if needed. I try my absolute best to be unbiased and treat everyone equally, so that we all are performing as great medics and have a good reputation with others on the ship. 8: Do you have any warns? (And what for?): No warns across all servers, been in the GL community since 2015.
  4. MAJOR MAJOR +SUPPORT!! Happy whenever Astro is on, always hosting missions for DT and super kind overall. He's super competent as well and 100% deserves Fleet Admiral. I wish him the best of luck.
  5. +SUPPORT !!! FLEET ADMIRAL GALLIUS RACC Super chill VCMDR of DT and is a great dude. Gets the job done and communicates effectively to enlisted, NCOs, and officers. See him on often and overall just fun to be around.
  6. MAJOR +SUPPORT He's an awesome commander an awesome guy overall. DT keeps getting better with him and I see him responding constantly to DT problems and working on them. As a result DT is in a really good spot right now. He's serious when he needs to be too. I wish him the best of luck
  7. [In-Game Name] DT SN04 [Call-sign] DM8 [Rank] Second Lieutenant [Which lore squad member are you applying for] M36 [Why do you believe you deserve this position] I believe I deserve this position because I believe this is the perfect environment in DT for me. One of the hardest things about being a medical is that you have to keep up with overwhelming circumstances, having to give ammo, stim shots, and HP with the bacta injector in a short amount of time, whilst under immense pressure from the enemy. However, the ABSOLUTE hardest element of being M36 would be prioritization, which requires knowing WHO to heal and WHEN to heal, as well as knowing proper placement for squad shields and when to use those as well. I think I would be perfect for this, as I have previous experience in medical regiments in different servers and also in GL itself, and I can hyper-focus on the status of my teammates and VIP easily. In addition to this, I think I could be of use with many serious-RP scenarios, like field-medical operations. I’m majoring in Biology+Health sciences in college so this is something up my alley. While I’m still new to some of the RP scenarios in-game which involve mixing Star Wars with actual medical procedures, I know for a fact that I can catch on quickly and this would not be an issue, I would excel in it soon enough, not to mention that I’m currently on medical on my second life and can absolutely learn from the experiences I obtain there as well. I’m also an extremely active member of this server. As of writing this, I had gotten 32 tryouts done and 6 trainings done in a week. People on the server know me in-game, and I’d say I have a really good reputation within DT and other regiments, I get along well with others and this would be an important part of being a medic, as people would listen to me and I could get them healed up and on their way, as well as perform well in team-oriented combat and VIP protection, which is what Unit TI-23 focuses around. I also adapt very quickly to new situations, which is a very important trait for a Unit TI-23 member. For example, there was recently a mega-event for May the 4th. During this event, the now SC01 was leading initially, but then asked me to lead, which meant I had two seekers under me and I know I had immense pressure to perform well and to bring us to victory, as we were on our own, away from the bridge and the other DT members. In this small-member setting, I quickly assigned positions in courtyard, TL, or MHB rafters to fit the situation as needed and we were an unstoppable force on the ship. In the event, I killed 3-4 rebel elites and overall we killed about 8 of them and provided superior defense and also overwatch in rafters when it was needed. While credit is definitely deserved to my other current seeker members, this is a scenario that I was thrown into and had to adapt, and we came out on top. I remember DT LO2, who was an event character for that mega, stated something along the lines of “Whenever I would try to get into courtyard I couldn’t even get close.” By the same token, M36 still has to be superior in combat, as all Unit TI-23 members must be regardless of specialty. I believe I have shown that I am capable of being a force to be reckoned with in combat. On my recent Officer application, I got the comments “swift with weaponry,” “good in combat,” and “combat skills are great.” Actions speak louder than words, and in addition to the comments left by fellow DT, I’ve won multiple combat tournaments for this battalion. Some of those comments stuck in my head, like “Of course the DT won.” I loved it, because I know I was upholding DT’s superior combat standards and firmly believe this will continue into the future. My medical specialty and combat skills would provide immense value to VIP protection, direct combat, and always completing the objective. [Why do you want to be a part of Unit TI-23] I want to be a part of Unit TI-23 because it allows me to provide a specific role that I can’t fulfill anywhere else. I want to become the absolute best DT I can be, and believe that this specialty, M36, would allow me to do just that. I’ve been in this battalion for over a month now and feel like overall I have performed greatly, but being the medic would fit me so well. In addition to this, being in a team-oriented group would be an amazing experience for me as I’ve already started to do this in Seeker Company, but feel like I could perform even better as the medic as I think it’s where my true capabilities are. RP experiences are very fun when coupled with actual gameplay, so I’d love the position of M36 in Unit TI-23. Members in DT go through some of the hardest, if not the hardest combat experiences that can be faced. I believe with the role M36 in Unit TI-23 I would be an extremely valuable asset not just to my sub-branch and the VIP, but all DT members when they need heals, armor, and ammo. Lastly, I just want to leave a little note here, it’s a bit cheesy. I can’t tell you how happy I was to see “Medical Specialist” in the roster when I was still an enlisted DT and checked the sub-branch section for the first time, I had an uncontrollable smile go across my face. I was already loving DT but after seeing that I knew I would stay for good. I firmly believe this is where I belong in DT, and I would wait months just to reapply for this specific specialty again. M36 would be my proudest and most cherished achievement in DT. [What does Unit TI-23 do] Unit TI-23, “The Undying,” is a highly classified squad-based lore unit (5 members total with an overseer as well) where each member performs a distinct role that they excel at for the squadron, VIP, and DT overall. Only the finest DT members are selected, and each member of the squadron comes equipped with their own equipment and privileges. While each member has their own specialty, Unit TI-23 still works as one, and puts fellow members before themselves. Unit TI-23, with this in mind, focuses on superior VIP protection and direct combat, where all members except F16 are of equal authority/rank in the sub-branch. F16 mainly focuses on leading and directing Unit TI-23 to victory. L21 focuses on demolitions, and is overall the main engineer for the team. M36 provides the HP and Armor that Unit-23 and the VIP needs to succeed in completing their objectives, as well as overall protection with a squad shield, while still being elite in combat. C37 focuses on CQC and dominates in pushing areas that are otherwise unreachable. V07 is the marksman and provides elite reconnaissance as well as long-range combat for Unit TI-23. Unit TI-23 will undoubtedly face the hardest challenges a DT can, but will prevail through anything. [How active can you be] I am already on almost daily, usually for 3,4, or more hours. This likely will not change anytime soon. I will continue to dedicate myself to DT the best I can, and this involves being active, so you wouldn’t have to worry about inactivity with me. [Do you understand that if you are accepted into Unit TI-23, you will be on a 1-strike system] Yes, I absolutely understand. Unit TI-23 are the best of the best, we should 100% be able to uphold basic DT standards and protocols. -Final note: I could go on much longer about how much I would love this position, however, I wanted to make a succinct application that clearly states my knowledge, abilities, and skills. This is being submitted on the first day of openings, but I’ve been thinking about this application for a longer time than this position has even been open and feel like this is a substantial final product. I truly thank members of Unit TI-23 for giving me the opportunity to apply for this position, as well as other DT members for helping me get to a spot where I can even apply for this. I believe with me as M36, Unit TI-23 would be truly undying. Second to none, SN04

  14. In-Game name: DT SN04 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:97415152 Rank: CSM. How long have you been in your current rank?: 4 days total. What experiences in leadership do you have?: Over the time I’ve played GMOD, which is about a decade now, I’ve had many opportunities to be a leader in RP servers. I used to be a Co-Owner of a DarkRP server which came with many responsibilities, and I was in charge of keeping the server running smoothly and taking command. As for SWRP in particular, I used to be a Pilot Commander on a server for about a year, which meant I was in charge of every single soldier under me, a pressure that I had to constantly keep up with and make sure the regiment was functioning optimally. In SWRP I’ve also been NCO and Officer on many other servers in a variety of regiments, which has helped me to get my leadership to where I really want it to be. On top of that now, as an NCO in DT I have been leading in multiple combat missions and events, taking charge and making sure we complete the objective. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I’d like to start by wanting to be an officer with a preface, as the regiment stands we have amazing NCOs and officer slots open to facilitate me wanting to be an officer. If I felt like there wouldn’t be enough NCO support or a real reason to actually be an officer then I wouldn’t apply, but the conditions right now are good for a new officer. I want to be an officer because DT is definitely the most structured and well-put together battalion on the server, and at this time I feel like I’m ready to take my leadership a step further. Being tasked to lead NCOs and enlisted really feels like something up my alley, I am already overseeing others in my sub-branch and I feel like I have some of the best under my wing. I think expanding this role would really help out the regiment. In addition to this, I get along well with the command officers and assist them often in combat, as well as provide input for my thoughts on the current standing of the regiment, and am always looking for ways we can all improve. On top of this, there are always small issues that always need to be worked on, and I already feel like I’m doing this. Lastly, I’m always trying to treat everyone with respect and feel like my fellow NCOs and enlisted get along very well with me, I never start drama and I’m always looking for ways to solve and ease conflict. I also want to be an officer because I absolutely love every little side activity or thing we can do as DT. Tryouts, trainings, sims, and missions keep everyone entertained and also help to improve our combat and RP skills, and I would absolutely be hosting them as often as I could. Overall, I absolutely want to be an officer because I think it would greatly improve the regiment. I think this position would be perfect for me as of now. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) I have poured an enormous amount of time into DT over the past month and a half that I have been in the regiment. However, it’s not just sheer time that makes me stand out. I’m ALWAYS taking notes and advice from those around me to better myself, and feel like I’ve really honed what it means to be a DT over this time. For me personally, I’ve learned by trial and error and go through the fire instead of waiting for it to dissipate. THIS is why I have done so many tryouts since I’ve become an NCO, not just because I can. It’s a matter of always trying to be perfect, and now I’m at a point where my tryouts run extremely smoothly from start to finish, and the actual people I’ve recruited have been great use to the regiment, and have made me proud. As a result of my dedication, I’m always going far beyond the amount of tryouts required, usually topping quota. In addition, as an NCO I’m ALWAYS making sure the enlisted are up to DT standards. I make sure the rules and policies in DT are clear and procedures and operations are followed, from bodygroups to interrogations to speaking and communication guidelines. I think what also makes me stand out is I lead by doing, during combat events on or off-ship, or just when we are performing normal duties on-ship, and it simply comes naturally, not from being forced or having to do so. In addition, I believe that I have the right balance between being serious and being less serious, as well as knowing the actual limits and still following orders from higher-ups at all times. I always try to be as kind and respectful as possible even when disagreeing, as a result I’ve never had a big issue with another member of this regiment. I know the people around me have seen my hard work and dedication, and hope they see me as a great fit for this spot. I want to serve and be the best I can be for the sake of this regiment, we’re already second to none but there’s no ceiling for how great we can become. DT means way more than I thought it ever could to me, and no matter what setback I have, I will always overcome, and want to continue keeping this regiment at the top. I consider this position perfect for me and strongly believe the battalion would be missing out otherwise, I won’t fail this battalion. The decision is yours. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? I absolutely understand, this is how it should be. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes, I understand.
  15. +support Hosted my tryout for ST previously + is always a great guy to be around in a different regiment as well.
  16. +support Extremely nice and fun to work with during SIMs. I wish him the best of luck with this application
  17. What is your in-game name?: DT SN04/GM0 Crystal/Chip What is your steam name?: Firekirby What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:97415152 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, I do. I used to be a Co-Owner of a DarkRP server, as well as an admin for a heavily populated CWRP server at the time, but I will state these experiences were years ago. Despite this, I've played Garry's Mod for almost a decade at this point and feel like I'm well-versed in staffing etiquette. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) When it comes to ImperialRP, I roughly started back in early March. When it comes to the GL community in general, it has been at least 7 years since I started playing. What date did you make your forums account? 10/15/2015 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Game Master How many warns do you have on the server? 0. Have you donated? I have donated to GL. What rank are you applying for? I am applying for Trial Moderator. Have you read the staff guidelines, you will be tested on it: Yes, I have. Timezone: PST Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I strongly believe that the majority of GL players would make amazing staff members as we have a great community, the thing that sets me apart though is I am willing to put in the time to make an application and in-game. I am on almost every day as of now and I really just want to make the GL community a better place. I've had far too many instances late night where nothing can be done about someone blatantly minging or clearly breaking server rules because of low staff count, and I would love to be the one that could stop this from happening and keep things chill. As a GM, I've also been able to keep close watch on the staff chat to see how members of the moderation team go about handling situations where someone is breaking the rules. Another benefit is I have familiarity with ULX commands already, such as !cloak due to the fact that I have staffing experience. However, I think my strongest ability as a staff-member would be my judgment and commitment to minimizing bias. Whenever I found myself in a situation where I was having to deal with a staff sit between a friend on the server and someone I didn't know at all, I would absolutely try to be aware of how bias could get in the way and practiced self-awareness. Punishments should be the same for players across the board unless very certain circumstances arise, and I believe that I would be capable of handing out fair and unbiased ones. Lastly, I try to not be hypocritical, follow the rules myself, know when to stop (in terms of messing around, judging serious vs fun time, stopping arguments), and be as friendly to others as I can. I'd like to thank the members of DT, as well as other staff members for showing me the ropes around the ImperialRP community here over the past month and feel grateful just to be a part of this community, being a staff member would just be icing on the cake! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Fortunately, situations like these can be handled utilizing the staff handbook and the directions here are clear. The punishment for Mass RDM, which counts as 4 or more attempted or completed kills, is a formal warning and a 5 day ban. Assuming a trial moderator, the most I could do is jail them for the time being until I can get more help. To start, I would bring the player and tell them what they have been reported for. Then, when they start being disrespectful I would verbally warn the player to stop being disrespectful, but assuming they continue to curse as said above, I would gag them for the time being. Then, I would tell this player that they are being formally warned Mass RDM and Disrespect, in a single warning. Once I've taken care of that, I would call for greater assistance from an Admin or higher so that the 5-day ban can be issued.
  18. YOU LIKE 2% MILK AND CHOCOLATE MILK SO I CAN BE YOUR MAIDEN
  19. I get that there's a warning beforehand, but there's no real tangible reason why I wouldn't click on it when I have trust in someone who is a very high rank, especially knowing that something like this clearly goes against the server's rules. Shifting the blame here to me for clicking the link doesn't really seem reasonable, the link is clearly made to look like a print screen image and like I said there's no reason I shouldn't have believed Name after the first link being legit and rules in place against this. It's a joke obviously, but if you had hypersensitivity to noise like me it likely wouldn't be a good one. Additional note: Obviously like I said above I don't want Name punished with demotion, and don't think he deserves to get shit on for this incident. I get he was messing around and we all do it, but I just wanted to make the report so that incidents like these don't happen in the future.
  20. I want to clarify that I don't want Name punished by demotion or anything like that, I think he's likely worked very hard to get to the position he's at and even though it caused me some harm it's only because of my condition in particular. I know he had no ill intent through this and it was just a joke. When I say "some action" I just mean I want other staff to be aware of how this can be harmful to others sometimes Approved.
  21. Bartholomew, I specifically asked Apple about this on discord prior to making this report.
  22. 1. Your In-game: SN04/Crystal/Chip 2. Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:97415152 3. The player's name in-game: Grand Inquisitor Name 4. The player's steam name (If you know it): [GL] CollectiveWorld 5. What did the player do: Intentionally earraped me in TS by lying and linking something that wasn't what he said it was. The first link in the image shown he gave me was legit, it was of him killing someone in a boxing arena in-game. He then told me to look at the next one further, saying it was related to the same stuff in-game. Turns out that was not true and the "print screen" goes directly to a Jeff the Killer image that is flashing and has a deafening scream as well. I instantly took off my headphones but now I have a massive headache and my ears are in extreme pain (still to this moment) due to the fact that I have hyperacusis (disorder in loudness perception). This also can make my already severe tinnitus worse (ringing in the ear). 6. Evidence (REQUIRED): 7. What do you believe should happen to the player: I want there to be at least some action taken to ensure that this won't happen again to me or other players in the future. Right after he did it to me he said in the TS that he was going to go try to get someone else with it. It's really not that funny considering intentional earrape is considered an actual crime in my country (obviously hard to prove etc etc etc but still speaks to the severity), or the fact that people like myself have hypersensitivity to noise and tinnitus, or that things like this can cause someone ELSE to develop these things. 8. Any extra information: This happened today BTW, 4/22/2022. I don't want this to cause any drama between me, Name, or other players, he's a pretty chill dude. I just want others and myself to be an environment where we can be comfortable that other staff members aren't going to do things like this to others. I hope he can understand where I'm coming from with this.
