The first part of the video, I had to triple check my base to see it's ok and not a couching base SWAT/SRT and any other tactical members have not developed a strategic strategy to raid our base. But every single one of them goes Rambo and think they can take us down. The reality is that this is not Call of Duty. What they could have done is deploy mustards gas, riot shields etc... They only did 1 wave and that it! And got a bit angry at us for having a good base. As you see in the video, my guys are badly damaged down to 30 hp to 40 hp so it is impossible to say it a killbox but a possibly that they can kill us. Just imagine what if they use mustard gas and any other tactical gears? They could easily take us down. But no...they like to be rambos as if it's Call Of Duty. Alton has not taken a good look at our base and he just deleted the base without seeing it. This is not the way any Super admin should act. It bad impression for new players and damaged the reputation of our community. Worse, it can cause players to leave. Which none of the staffs other than SHARK(Trial mod). I asked SHARK to bring over Nimo. Nimo didn't come either. Alton does not bother come to me and tell me why it considers a killbox. Naby did come on to our discord and had no explanation why all he said was "report it". Nimo only explanation that our base is hard to raid which make no sense to me. So we can't have a good base? It lead me to no choice but to report Alton. Alton had options, delete the base or come into the base and look at our base. He chose to delete it. Not acceptable for a role model for our community. I remember this. Valkyri hated gangs so much. If one person messed something up the entire gang get ban. That was his policy. Mesa had a gang group, they seem very nice and not mingey. I think Valk got salty and decided to ban them all. Just like he did to other people unfairly.

Yes it should be so it can be observed by SMT and other players and staff to see who are biased or not and who have poor judgment. Remember for staff, it innocent until proven guilty. BTW staff reputation (if the report is silly) is not ruined. As a matter fact, it backfired against the person who reported it. Again, drama will always exist until SMT gets involved to change the culture of their staff team. And making staff report a secret is not gonna solve that situation. It just makes staff secretly hates other staff and will still plot a plan to get other staff's reputation ruined only seen by SMT. And that just really hard for SMT to catch that sometimes. BTW I look at staff report almost everyday and I know who is really bias and just backing up their friends and it the same people over and over and over and over again. I hope SMT catches that if not then blind eyes are part of the issue.

Members cannot criticize only other staff can. This is just awareness for players like myself to see how staff are behaving. Why do you need to keep it so secret? Staff like Jack Black and Guar have no issues with other staff nor players because they are doing a great job and many players see that as well. With transparency it builds relationship between members and staff team on resolving issues. And, it builds trust among the community. If you keep it a secret then trust within community culture within staff team and staff with players are no longer there. If you take away then transparency, the drama is still there within the staff environment! So the suggestion doesn't solve the problem and may cause an even bigger problem. Fundamentally, It all depends on how SMT handles their team and how they can build the culture within the staff team. Just like how I build my organization, I specifically build the culture the way I wanted which is to be least minge as much as possible and making sure everyone enjoys having fun as a team. Making there is little to no drama and being transparent to everyone within my organization.
