As an SM i have trained cadets whenever they are and and make sure to show them around the map and show them the different hotspots. I also make sure all the OFC have ride alongs and are learning from the officer that they are riding with. I always treat other players with respect and role play out scenarios, use proper call out on the radio and I’m always professional on the radio. When Low command is offline I make sure to step up and fill in the space if there are any complaints I’ll deal with them but if I can’t resolve them I’ll pass it up the chain of command and to give the lower ranks a sense of direction when low command is offline. Im professional when it comes to serious situations and traffic stops and do what my higher ups tell me to do. Once the tazer stop stunning him i told the suspect to follow me which he did not and turned and walked the other way i told him again if u dont follow me u will be tazed again he did not comply so the i tazed him and dragged him out of the ravine on the way out the suspect was making absurd noises and was not listening to the directions i was telling him then i said if u dont comply i will taze u again he didnt comply so i tazed him. Then he calls an admin which happen to be Cody and said i tazed him 1 sec apart from it which was false firstly because the tazer has to recharge and reload secondly i was talking to him and telling him his charges then he wasn't listening so that when i tazed him.
