Hello I don't know any real way to start this, so I'll just start off with this I'm tired It has been a LONG 4 years (wow…) and I have learned and done so many things in my time. It has been a blessing to meet (most) of you here. I still try to remember most of the people I’ve met, even going all the way back to Bison Hoof (ew…), and then moving on to the Italian Goons and the Jacks, back when I told myself I would never join a branch because of all the drama that I had heard about. It took a lot of convincing to get me to join CI and install Teamspeak, but eventually I was pushed along, and soon later (1 year after joining? idk) I would be named J0LT. I know it is very repetitive to just say “things were simpler back then”, but they truly were. These early days allowed me to shape who I am today. I had gone through many ups and downs in my time as CI, and had up and down relations with those people, who I understand now more than ever. Once I had joined Nu7 for no reason (iykyk) I began to have a larger understanding of other people on this server. It seems like not long ago that little miss J0LT got DHFTO and HSU, which would be the reasons I stayed in Nu7, which eventually becomes HFTO and head of HSU, while also being head of E4 at the time. Back then, that was likely my largest achievement, that I would be remembered for being one of the only people to be head of 2 SFs (especially when those 2 branches hated each other a ton). And to then become the first and only person to receive the Anubis award. Eventually my time ran out in CI, at the time, this seemed like the most biased decision ever made against me (just you wait). Looking back now, I don't know why I was mad. Nu7 was my main focus for a long time before that. My experience in CI has really shown me what the server can be, and should have been a forewarning of the nepotism that would haunt me for the rest of my time, but yet, these people would likely be my greatest influence for the rest of my time. Skipping a bunch of boring time as a MAJ in Nu7 (over a year), I would eventually break past this DNP (bop is real asf…) and prove my worth. Why I didn't leave then, no idea. But I did make it further, eventually to VCMDR and then CMDR (9>1). I won't leave any comments of how I did, that's for you guys to decide. I don't know what i'm really talking about anymore, I guess the moral of my story is to never give up. I know it may seem like right now I am giving up, due to my recent demotion to VCMDR, but this is just something that has been meddling for a long time. Through what seemed like impossible times in my life, the people that I have met here have changed my life in many ways, and I am super glad to have met all of you. However, i have grown very tired of that nepotism that I mentioned earlier, and it has really driven me over the edge. I have lost control of the vision I had for my branch, so there is no point in me trying anymore. I've been a very busy gal recently and GL is just not an interuption I can manage anymore. Maybe in the future I could come back, and yes I will make sure my CCs do not go inactive. It has been a very long time coming, and I honestly hate that I have to go, but I just don't have the time or mindset to deal with this stuff anymore. I will still try to hang out in discord, and anyone can message me at any time of course. For anyone that may be wondering, this was not forced like my last huge post. -Support Take this with a grain of salt but I personally do not think you are ready for the next step of GMs, and there are times when I believe you interfere with the flow of Rp. Some of these examples would be interfering and dictating with the interrogations of those qualified. Along with overstepping boundaries by trying to give troops orders and threatening players when they don't want to show up to events. One thing you should also learn is how to do some of the lightsaber actors you need to remember to go after Purge and the lightsaber users. This can be easily fixed but you need to start showing more of an appropriate standard for the GM team. What you need to do is remember some of the rules of the GM job. Unfortunately, I see you on the GM job a lot as well when there are no events even going on and passively dictating other's RP across the ship, again this can easily be fixed by just leading by example. There is also a certain way that you talk to people that can be seen as hostile which can turn some away from wanting to join the GM team. I also do think the usage of some overpowered weapons like the turbo laser should be dialed back because in my opinion it should not be spammed publicly for no reason. There are certainly some good events that you host and I thank you for what you are doing for the community I just think you still have much to work on. Disclaimer: I do not know all the GM rules and etc this is just an opinion.

-Support Unfortunately in my eyes I feel you are not ready for this position. I have seen many moments where you have gone to far messing around with your powers for example constantly spawning in weapons and killing people or encouraging people to do so, etc. As well there have been plenty of times where I have seen you act like you are above command. For example today I witnessed you go on radio and attempt to tell people to not listen to Senior Commander Grizzly's order when you have no power to so. And even then immediately then and I'm hoping this was a joke you told everyone on radio if they don't show up at DB they would be marked as traitors and executed which you have no authority to do so. Even after I noticed you interfering with shock as a ST PVT tried RDM'ing and instead of sending shock or calling for a staff you decided to handle it yourself by chasing him down and physgunning him to have shock then arrest them. I just feel you do not set a proper example for GM's to be placed as one of the heads. Though I will admit you do put in a lot of work and my judgement is purely based on how you carry yourself not your effort.
