(With Screenshot Proof) 4 Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I've always wanted to guard O5 Council members without getting my head blown off and becoming a RRH guardian will help me do what I want to do. Why should we accept you: I've had past experiences in combat branches, I've been able to lead a large amount of raids (CI) and handle a lot of MTF duties as different MTF, I've got a lot of free time and I want to play my favourite server and hopefully lead a crew of people and help others, I've been recommended to apply for RRH multiple times by my friends so I'm going to try and get into the RRH program. While I was in CI I mainly did close ranged combat as hotshot even with the nova I was pretty good at what I was doing, I was able to lead a few squads and I was able to capture or recontain different SCPs, I've been able to handle extremely dangerous situations while in CI, like grabbing SCP-682, Fighting a horde of MTF, mech raids, etc, I had a lot of fun doing what I loved doing and being in RRH will hopefully increase my love of this server. While in my time as MTF I've seen how hard it is to maintain the site and on the SCPs and deal with CI so as RRH I can hopefully assist my MTF brothers during downtime when there isn't much MTF on but there are multiple Keter/Euclid class SCP breaches, I've experienced SCPs hiding behind LVL 5+ Key card doors to be safe from MTF during downtime so If I'm RRH I can hopefully help MTF get that SCP that is hiding in the containment. TMOD Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I think I should be a part of the staff team for a few reasons. First, I am a trusted user. I was accepted to ET roughly a half a month ago which proves I am trusted in the community. Second, I am active. I will try my best to help the server the best I can on the staff team while playing. Since I am very active, I can easily make this happen. Third, I am familiar with staff commands since I learned most of them from ET. I know how to do most the commands that I will need while staffing and I know NEVER to use “ * “. Fourth, I don't minge on the server and I will be a good representation of how a staff should act on the server. Fifth, I am responsible with what I do and I am willing to take on the responsibility of a staff member. Finally, I am a great leader and always help my fellow staff members. Even though if I become a TMOD it doesn't mean I can’t always help. For example, another TMOD needs help with staff cmds. I can easily help since I am experienced with them and I am always willing to help :). That is why I think I should be accepted into the TMOD position on the server. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would bring the reporter and the reported player to a sit room. I would then tell the reported player to stop cursing kindly and if they don't I would gag/mute them. Once I get enough evidence to show that the reported person did commit Mass-RDM I would give the reported player a verbal warning then ask a higher staff member that can ban for 5 days to ban the reported player for 5 days. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would split them up and evaluate what happened with each player. If they yell at me and don't stop I would gag/mute them. Once I find out what happened I would then take the proper procedures and do what I have to do to resolve the problem (ban, jail, ETC.).

Here's why i liked this event....which doesn't happen often... I love the fact we had fighters in AS while on ship combat was active...the pivot to planet had us to re-strat our approach. SF engaged and properly supported ground troops to and from the planet - we had HOT LZz which challaneged our pilots. When Defcon 1 happened - great comms were deployed during this phase is my fave...the Imperial Forces focused on the PANDORA PANDORA forces RULED
