Also as some people will know one of the branches i've learned the most from is Chaos Insurgency i've been apart of Chaos since i have joined the server basically ive met alot of good people from it and i've had so much fun while playing with everyone i’ve learned my ways around when im supposed to push something or when i'm supposed to defend and let the other people push me i've learned how to wide peak corners as to not get shot immediately and to be patient when patience is needed during anything such as minges, new players, or fighting people with an advantage such as height or barriers. I’ve learned to respect the people that are Higher than me and be serious while needed Leading and Teamplay While apart of all the branches i'm in i’ve learned to get together with the people you are fighting with because even if you don't like each other you will in the end of the day still have to be on a team i’ve learned how to lead people into things such as Raids and Holding areas such as D-block or even medbay i’ve made it through many things while being apart of CI and Foundation Forces i’ve learned how to lead people through sticky situations such as holding D block with two people or exfiltrating with people while low health on CI and many other things such as doing PT’s and having to cooperate with a team even if I don't like them i still cooperate and get along with the people that are there Communication While playing as mostly every branch excluding NU7 i have learned the map like the back of my hand i could tell you where everything is SCP’s chambers Exits Entrances Rooms to hide in and even ways to get away from certain people while being chased through HCZ LCZ or EZ I’ve learned to communicate especially if enemy forces are in the facility or to Communicate if an SCP is breached so it can be Successfully contained by the correct people Thank you for your consideration. -Support. Nothing against E11, but some of the things here are simply not needed IMO. The rust weapons. Why not simply buff existing ones? Or change to existing weapons? Why add new ones? The medic gun is simply odd to me. Why give a more powerfull healing tool to a branch that is not dedicated to healing. Give that sorta stuff to Medical, not E11. Everything else is fine by me tho.

Well.... The time has come again. I know this has become a meme at this point. I am resigning for a couple of reasons. I will no longer able to keep up with my position. Starting next week I will work till 9:30 5 days a week. The other 2 days will be for robotics. I can't play late the days I have work either because I still have to do school work. While this is a big reason, I have been thinking about this for more reasons than just that. It hit me in the face like a brick yesterday when I went home. The song ain't my Bitch by Metallica made me realize how much of a dead weight playing on this server was to my life. It chained me. It did not allow time for other things. There is no reason to keep playing. A videogame should be fun not a chore. If it becomes a chore with no fun why even do it? It is a virtual rank that means nothing. I realized this after playing Bioshock. This gives me freedom, which is bliss. A game that was so fun that I realized that is what gaming should be. I won't do the whole list of friends thing. Now after a lot of consideration when reading through this post and seeing the evidence, I have decided to NOT Blacklist Spectre, but he will be stripped from his Staff Rank and put on a Staff Restriction for some time. He will be keeping all his other positions within the server. Over the time Spectre has been on ImperialRP he has worked incredibly hard to get where he is today which is being one of the highest Role-Play ranks a person can get on the server, and reaching the rank of Admin and almost getting all the progression done for the rank of Senior Admin. Spectre has been incredibly active, to get where he is today and all of that work will not just disappear. To which based on this report it looks like he was just trying to get a fresh start and fix the mistakes from the past, which he has done but on the wrong account but he has worked hard for his position and because of the nature of the report he has done enough work on and for ImperialRP over the year to not get blacklisted for something petty which can easily be resolved as this does not require a blacklist from the community. I love SCP-RP, and I think this server pulls it off very well. At LEAST 90% of my hours on Gmod are on this server. The community is great, and the staff are all very nice. I want to do more for this community, as it has shaped my thoughts on Gmod entirely. When I am on, I get to see all the people asking for help and people that have questions, and it does kind of pain me to be able to not help them, as I am only Event Team. I want to give back to the server by helping those in need, just like many of you guys have done for me. I think I am the right fit for this job as I can keep my cool very well, especially when I am being yelled, sworn at, etc. I also look at things from all sides, and try to be unbiased towards each case and party involved. I'm level headed, and won't let my "Authority" get to me. I will treat everyone with respect and will be confident when confronting people. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first tell them to be quiet and to let me explain why they're in there with me. If they continue cursing, I would mute them so I could talk about the MassRDM, and warn them for staff diss. I'd then check the logs to see whether or not they were MassRDM'ing, and proceed from there. I would then see what level they were / time played to see if they're newer or not. If they are newer (Level 5 or lower), and didn't kill over 10 people. I would give them benefit of the doubt and explain to them how MassRDM affects other players and is against server rules, and if I get another report of them doing it again, I would warn them. I would also put 300 second antiminge on them. If they're not newer, I would do the same talk, but immediatetly warn them and ask a higher ranked staff member to out the 10,000 second antiminge on them.
