You can most likely see which this is focusing on. Hey guys! So yeah, here we are. By the title you can see where this is going so I won’t waste any time. So, if you are reading this. I MAJ Zero am officially retiring from CI and its rankings. This was an incredibly hard decision to make but here we are. So, you are probably asking why? You have been able to see that my activity has really died compared to what it was. The main reason is: The server has really changed man. A lot of my good friends are retiring, being banned, or just turned into someone else. This community is such a crazy place and I love it but as of recent I just don’t get the feeling as I got when I was a lower rank. It just feels like a job that I force myself to get on for. It no longer feels like a place I can play on the server have fun and do quotas all at the same time. It lost that feeling over time and now it’s just too much. I recently am going back to irl school and don’t have as much time as I used to have. But I'm so glad of all that I experienced and all the people I met. CI is entering another era which isn’t bad, but I feel out of place in this new era. This isn’t a final goodbye. I may come back and will occasionally hop on Zer0 ops and raid with you all. Other than that, I will be on Guts rioting and helping people get the chance of loving CI as much as I did. I will also stay in the discord and talk with you guys. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : 501st Vice Commander Bean 2320 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 501st Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons that I want to be the Commander of the 501st. Firstly I have loved every second that I have been a part of this battalion. I truly enjoy spending time with the people in the battalion and I am willing to put in a lot of effort so that they can feel the same way about the 501st. Additionally, I believe that I am fully capable of leading a battalion. I really look up to Milford as a leader and believe that I would be capable of filling his shoes as commander. I have many ideas and plans for the 501st to make the battalion the best it can possibly be. I also want to be able to make the necessary changes so that each member of my battalion can enjoy their time as much as I have. In the end I want to make sure that the 501st is always one of the best and most respected battalions on the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 6 Weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is to oversee all operations within their battalion. They are expected to make sure that everyone below them is doing what is expected of them. They are also meant to help resolve any issues and drama between other regiments or members within their own regiment. A Commander should be making sure that all documents are up to date so that there are no misunderstandings of rules or expectations. They are also expected to keep their troopers busy and entertained with things like missions, trainings, and SIMs because that is what leads to an active battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I should be trusted as the 501st Commander for a multitude of reasons. Firstly I have put a lot of time and effort into this battalion already. I am one of the most active members on the server and I dedicate all of that time to the 501st. I am pretty much always on and able to answer any questions that may come my way. I am also very good at dealing with tough situations in a level headed and unbiased manner. I do my best to make sure each rank is doing what is expected of them such as tryouts and SIMs. So far during my time as Vice Commander I have enforced the expectations of each rank as well as I have constantly been keeping the roster up to date. Shock. In my time of work was this my battalion. Shock was my first battalion and really my first every battalion of any Star Wars Roleplay Server, but GamingLight is special to me. I've been around since 9/05/2020. In these times I never expected that I would reach the rank of Shock Major. Shock SGT was the rank I always wanted, but I got Shock Major. I loved my time in Shock and got so much others thing. I have gone through some problems as well in my times. Things I have very much regret and a lot more. I have had some times and all and really issues have been happening with my activity and my activity went from my best, like getting on everyday to now Semi-Active to inactive. I am dying in activity and can not take a spot for Army Command. But I am glad that there is people who are gonna be able to revive Shock and keep Shock stable so this is really why I am retiring/resigning. I will also be going into reserves as Marv has said I was given reserves. I might get on Shock from time to time as well. This is a hard decision to make. I love the Shock (No Homo though) and I have these couple of things to say. Marv: Thank you man, you were a good friend during my time in Shock. Hmm, where do I begin with how good this is... Well lets start with the amount of detail. It's clear to me that this had a phenomenal amount of detail within this document. Along with that the colored text and creative formatting is very aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, the additional role-play involved specifically with assigning the D-Class a criminal record as well as making a story-oriented audio log really put me at the moment. I could pretty much imagine this happening in my head, which is just amazing that you could do that by putting words together. This was actually one of my more favorite logs to read, which is a shame on why it ended up getting put off so much, which I personally apologize for. Overall: (100/100) (A+)
