It was my favorite branch back in 2019 and remained so even through the vast changes it went through. With this opportunity of Alpha-1 returning to a more structured branch I want to be there to help make sure it's not only done right but better then what we did back in 2019 with legends like Daedran/Rektify. Additionally I also want to become an Officer as a way to branch out more within the server considering I'm only in one branch (CI). 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: I have an extremely thorough knowledge of how SF teams typically work. Some may say their different from server to server and they are but they mostly operate the same. Super coordinated, precise and skillful. My experience is not just what comes into play though I am also a very fluent leader knowing many different tactics and strategies to get past problems. I think if placed in an RRH squad I can truly make a super efficient team. Moving forwards I believe that I am competent enough specifically for this role because I am particularly experienced in every point of history for RRH thus far. This will allow me to utilize all the past knowledge used by original Commanders/officers to maximize efficiency within not only the field but also the branch in general. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?:I think A1 could be more joint when conducting certain operations and allowing that "joint conducting" of operations could make really good relations with other mtf and even security. As far as comms I think A1 could be more communicative with command to help organize those moments better and as a whole better organize the site when a1 is doing operations. Additionally I think A1 doing more misc activities and being doing things not just in lcz but everywhere will increase not only branch opinions but maybe even increase others activity in said containment zones. With this being said I'd like to address some things. Similar to other candidates I may not be the best for this position however, I can promise those who'd support me or not that if I attain this position I will do my best and nothing less. I will make certain this branch succeeds with the new changes underway and I will make sure that communication will be open, Operatives will be well disciplined, officers like myself will be well rounded and that we, as a branch, will make sure that the new A1 to come will set a new and great chapter in its history Thank you for reading. The only noticeable thing you left out of your application that you have 33 Warns BUT given the fact that the last time you were warned was almost over 2 Years ago and from what I have been seeing in game recently your Command power would be perfect for an RRH position, You even have previous experience in RRH. I'll give you benefit of the doubt with this one and I also have had issues in the past with having a naturally "douche" tone. The concerns of "being above the rules" originate with the reasons listed in the blacklist, don't take it personally. He was always willing to learn something new and was hungry for more knowledge and experience. I can see him doing well as A-1 Officer and would like to see him given a shot.
