Being able to understand everyone's point of view on situations and quick problem-solving would be a reason I believe I deserve this rank. I've had no experience being staff on gmod but have on other games i have had lots of experience of i am a quick study and i hope to learn an grow more with the commentary i am good at improvise and can handle lot of tasks at once so i can do anything i have a photo graphic memory so i only need to be tot once hope i can learn lots form the other staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would bring the 'victims' of this situation and gather both sides of what happened. Depending on the situation and seeing if the assailant has indeed committed Mass RDM by checking logs and confirming what happened with each victim I would call for an Admin+ for a formal warning and then a ban.
