  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock Captain Sharp SK101 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I am applying for the Shock vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I wish to take the job as a Vice commander as I believe shock needs change. I feel like most of the older vice commanders have set a bad example for others and were mingy and power-hungry, I wish to change how people view shock. I also wish to change how shock is structured so that we can have a more structured system. I intend on changing our way of communicating with our lower-ranking troopers. More changes I would do is to change how we act, and how we punish our non-compliant shock troopers. Shock is a mingy battalion on the server in my opinion, and I am here to change this. I wish to reward Shock troopers when they do as they are told and complete their duties to the highest standard. I wish to make shock stricter and I believe I can only achieve this with the rank of Vice commander. I also believe I can better grow the battalion as a vice commander as I can encourage shock NCOs and Officers to do tryouts. I wish to take this job so I can better shock, make it more fun but at the same time make it more strict. I wish to encourage more officers to do more simulations and training so that shock can be a fun and great battalion to be in, I believe I also can help more with battalion files and help make changes to the SOP and fix our Tryout guideline. I want to take this job as I wish to mean something to the command team and for the battalion, to guide troopers to be better and teach them how to lead effectively. Shock has been a big part of my life for the past year now, and I now wish to take the steps to give back to this wonderful battalion and its lovely command team. I feel and know that I can take on the heavy workload that comes with this position whether that be roster updates or general stuff like making sure the SOP is up to date. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? My in-game playtime is about 3 weeks or so, and I have been a part of the community for over a year now, maybe even 2 years! 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? the main purpose of a vice commander is to help lighten the load on the Commander and keep all of the officers in check so that they can in turn keep the rest of the battalion running smoothly. Vice commanders are there to set a good example for the lower-ranking members of shock. Vice commanders inspire leadership out of others and are there to be a friend for any trooper that needs someone to talk with. the vice commander should be actively looking at suggestions made by troopers and actively updating the rosters and keeping the SOP, and tryout guidelines up to date. They should also keep good communication within the battalion as well as with other battalions that Shock troopers may encounter daily. they should keep their troops informed about any change with the SOP and guidelines made for shock. They should inspire those around them to be better troopers and a better friend to other troopers, they should resolve any arguments in a controlled manner, and should never lose their temper with a trooper and start yelling nonsense at their troopers. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I can be trusted with the duties as a vice commander as I've gotten a lot of experience playing on gaminglight, and because I am a hardworking active member of shock, I also have no warnings or any sort of strike within shock which I believe is a good sign! I think I should be trusted as I know a lot of people within the community, and I am a strict officer who of course can be chill sometimes but I am mostly strict towards lower ranking members of shock to show that the battalion is strict and is no joke. I also believe that I should be trusted as I am well capable of teaching officers how to do simulations and training as well as showing them how to be good role models for other troopers, and most of all help them understand how to properly command troopers in an effective matter. I've known some of the shock officers and HC for a while and believe that they may see that I am worthy and trustworthy for this position as I work hard for what I get and I am as active as I can with my IRL situations. I also wish to expand our capabilities of communication as it is not as it should be, shock is low at this time in my opinion and I wish to help it rise to the top again. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online daily (i am GMT so this will be hard) even tho I am GMT I am on a lot when there are est people on as I love the community and wish to meet new people all the time! 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : As of now I have absolutely no strikes and no warns on the server and I will keep it this way as I do not wish to come off as a minge! and I am a good shock!

I wish to become a part of the support team as i believe i can help this community. I know a lot of Imperial RP members and i have work hard to better myself and i believe a step in bettering myself if to help others. I know a lot a bout this community and strongly believe i am able to help as many people as possible. Gaminglight has done so much for me in the past and now i believe that its my turn to give back to the community. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would as kindly approach them as possible as i do not wish to make anyone uncomfortable and i would stay as calm and collected no matter how heated the ticket may get. I believe that we should always be nice towards others, so i would approach the person with as much respect and kindness i can!
