Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I wish to become Vice commander of shock because. i want help out more with the issues we have in shock. As a COL i have been trying to sort different issues with sub battalions and improving them. For example i have tried to update all of Regimental Engineers with Sainty and right now i am working on improving K2 possibly working on different thing for shock to do instead of Sitting around at checkpoints with the ability and title of Vice commander i will be able to help the command team with the things they need from me and give command relief for my time of being a COL in shock i have had to step up and Volunteer countless times to help out and command the battalion when command are not able be there for the battalion. Usually when they go on LOA/ROA or have IRL things to do for because command right now only being a commander and 1 vice commander they are spread thin. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I believe 8 weeks but i joined the server in 2020 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? What is the main purpose of a Vice commander for a battalion? Vice commanders are the commanders Assistance they help organize the battalion as well as help the commander improve the battalion as a hole. A vice commander should also be someone the commander of a battalion can lean on for relief knowing that person is Competent enough to hold control of a battalion for a certain amount of time. That is only 1 part of the purpose of a Vice commander the other half is trying to improve the battalion so it is as fun as possible because fun = Activity for a battalion. Activity is what makes a battalion thrive it also makes it very fun for the people in it and makes the server thrive. I already am trying to do that with my events sense i am a gamemaster I am trying to make shock more involved in activity’s and im hoping it will soon spike activity a lot. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You could trust me to be a Vice commander of shock because. For thoses of you who have worked closely with me knows i try to help this battalion as much as i can if its not by sims or training its by working with current command to make sub battalions better to spike activity and make the battalion more fun for the people involved in it. I have commanded the battalion for a short while sense both Command were on LOA along with my other COL counter part While they were gone I made sure roster was up to date and let them know if it needed changing I also wrote up documents on Ideas to improve the battalion to present to them when they got back. I as well Kept control of the troops i have under me I held meetings for my troopers made sure quota was done and put pings for fun activity's and incentives to get on Which that is what a Vice commander does. I showed command that i was capable of holding a position such as Vice commander and that they could trust me at that position and i hope i have showed you by working with you or you over viewing my application. 7. How often can you be Online? : Basically everyday most day I play when i get off of School (2:10) to 12pm-1am. Weekends depend because my sleep schedule is usually messed up 8. Do you have any Warnings? He has a stable activity and a good attitude in-game which is so important in Shock, as it makes him approachable when issues arise with abuse of power, etc. which is something that is unavoidable in police jobs in GMOD.
