The current payouts are really sub par compared to the amount of time it takes to collect and refine trash compared to mining, and maintenance should get a small profit buff. The amount really depends on SMT, but the current payouts really aren't worth it, even at the max level trash collector. How would this change better the server? - It would give maintenance more of an incentive to do trash collection, and it might encourage more people to join maintenance in general because of this new draw factor. Encourages both recruits and activity. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server?
