Ingame Name: I cannot remember, i believe wilson

Ban Length: perm

Admin that Banned you: rookie blue

Reason for Ban: attempting to crash server

Dispute:it's been a long time since then I've matured and would like to apologize for my actions on that day, I had no malicious intent with it and I'm sorry, I think since it's been so long that I should be given a second chance in the server.

Note: This is your third and LAST ban appeal

You might have changed. Which is good. 1 Year is a lot to change.

But a note is that your warns and stuff are pretty severe. Make sure to read the rules if this gets accepted.

This depends, what is the context of you "attempting to crash the server"

Either way unless it was intentional player poaching/ETC i'll give it a +Support, A year completely changes people as people have seen and i have myself

I had spawned hazmat's in a room in ci base as a joke for whoever entered the room but there was a lot of people on so it crashed a good number of people during an event

It's been a year, and despite all of the problems you caused, I believe it's time for you to deserve another chance.
However, if you cause issues again, you will likely be reinforced with harsher punishment than previous times.

Previous appeals and player reports:

Initial Player Report that Led to the Ban:

First Ban Appeal:

Second Ban Appeal:

Third Ban Appeal:

Due to the third ban not being handled by a manager and that you didn't wait your time for one of them this will not be instantly denied. But a reminder that this is your third and FINAL time to have this appealed. If it is denied by one of our managers it is considered UNAPEALABLE

Having issues quoting or linking from the original player report.

"Crashed a Event Twice, Resulting in it being done a hour late. Clear prop spam, Continues to do it after being warned. Is still doing it as we speak." - Travar

"He just spawned some props in casino room at CI base again just now while there are a lot of players on server. After I told him not to do it. He doesn’t have intention to follow the rules. " - Lee

"This is also the exact same case as TCM Jacks ban, He prop spammed, was told to stop by staff, and did it again, and he ended up getting a perm ban, And the general fact that he crashed people TWICE just makes me further believe he should get a perm ban." - Mitchell Hugh

Although I am a strong believer in giving people second chances, I believe that this appeals dispute reason says enough. "I had no malicious intent with it," This statement is blatantly false. According to the original report the player was told to stop by staff members and then preceded to do that exact same thing fully knowing that it was causing crashes.

That being said, I would be happy to change my opinion if he recants his statement and actually takes responsibility for his actions. Additionally if he is unbanned I would recommend it with the stipulation that his ability to spawn props is removed, if that is actually possible with a donator rank.

Ill + Support this as long as you agree to follow all the rules if you appeal gets accepted, you say you have changed after a year so if you do return then prove to us that you have changed for the better and have learned from your mistakes. Failure to follow rules will most likely result in harsher punishments.
