I transferred into the regiment because I want to help it and in order to do that my current rank as a senior NCO limits my abilities. 2LT expands how far I can go to help people and the regiment. I believe I have the ability to lead others and I know I have the charisma to succeed as a 2LT of the regiment. That and there is a unique sense of pride in walking around with that black pauldron on. 7.What Timezone are you?: EST 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: (Minimum 1 Paragraph) As I stated before I have the charisma to get fellow troopers to listen to me. Being the regiment everyone that is new starts out in, people aren't always going to listen or follow you. Some people have a harder time grasping the community and others only join to have a bit of fun. Making jokes, interacting, having fun, and becoming friends with the people around you while commanding those people allows me to go pretty far in getting others to cooperate with me. I believe you can command without being too strict or uptight while also following command procedure. Overall I command incredibly well in my opinion and certainly in a few other peoples opinions. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: (Minimum 2 Paragraph) I stand out from other applicants because I have the ability to and I take the chance to. My activity is really high from the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and even late night. Due to this activity I already know my way around the ship and the ins and outs of the community. I usually work really well with most people, always attempting to help out fellow battalion members or other battalions. I love to host sims, trainings and cooperating with other battalions in missions in order for people to gain rewards or just have fun. I have officer experience from being a major in the Royal Guard and an Officer of its sub-branch the Shadow Guard. I'm already trusted and qualified to complete my responsibilities in another battalion. The regiment will always receive my best effort and free time regardless of position or circumstance.
