+ Support I have been in Shore Troopers for 4 months and I can tell you this update is needed really badly. Shore don't have a lot going for them right now they really only get a a good weapon. Shore Troopers have Been recently popping off recently and I think they could really use this update to boost their numbers. Grim and Bear have worked really hard on the new system and I think it deserves to get implemented. I really hope this gets accepted i think it will help the Stormtroopers look more attractive. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: Stormtroopers are doing decently right now. However I think they could do ever better and use a full Command team. I have a lot of experience and can take on the responsibility of Vice Commander. i really like the people within ST and believe together we can lift it up and have it be a a more active and respected regiment then it is right now. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: To Oversee the Battalion to keep track of everyone and make sure they are doing their job and everyone is active. VCMDR also act as a role model to all of the Officers, NCO's and Enlisted. They Host Tryouts and Sims Constantly, make sure everything is running smoothly and that any issues that crop up get resolved smoothly. Make sure everyone is properly trained and knows how to do their job and make sure to uphold good relations with other regiments and Army HC. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I have already been entrusted as LTCOL so I already know how to Lead. I have a lot of experience gathered from other servers overtime. I can be on almost every day and lead when others cannot. I'm honest about things. iv been a Naval Supervisor as well. I take criticism well and I am always ready to improve. I have a pretty good Reputation with the Server with no bad relationships that i could think of and feel I would be a good fit for VCDMR. 7. How often can you be Online? : Around 5 hours a day 8. I get tasked to lead them as well on the ground and in pits. I am almost always on every single day so i can see who does well and who does not. Why do you want this rank?: To help out SF grow and be more stable as they don't have many active people. I'm on almost everyday and i believe i can make a change and assist SF in its growth by doing sims and trainings. I'm experienced in commanding and Leading and have been medical on many other servers. Do more passive RP as well as it doesn't happen often. Medical only has 2 MO's as well. I have learned my lesson and got the strike appealed. i don't think it should be held to me for the rest of my time on the server/naval other people don't have their mistakes held to them in naval.
