8. Any extra information: CONTEXT: Striker and I where sitting in courtyard when an ST came up and shot both of us, I start to chase after them until they join Naval Tryouts. I thought this was just a random ST but after looking at the TAB menu I saw that it was a staff member, more specifically an Admin. I don't care when close friends do this but as myself and Striker do not talk to Pepper I can't see a reason to do it. As an Admin and a Vice Commander they should know better then to do this. Unfortunately, I did not get a clip of chasing after them and joining the naval tryouts.

- Noone should go around randomly ARDM’ing people, not even close friends. ARDM may not seem like a big deal, but it is against the rules and obviously bothering when people are playing to roleplay. A staff member should know better.

- GamingLight has recently had some Vice Commanders removed from their positions, due to similiar mingy behaviour.

- If the attacker had been a new player they would have gotten a warn for sure. Evidence clearly shows pure intention to ardm.

 

7. Recomended punishment: I think that if the accused player does not have any previous warns on any GamingLight server then it should ‘just’ be a verbal warning, if accused player have any prior warns it should be one warn for ardm.

First of all I only shot you guys once and you both are IQ lore which I have had an experience being as. Striker used to be an old friend of mine including you dark. It was simply casual banter that usually occurs on the server no matter RP rank or Staff Rank. I feel as this report is being very petty to me in a matter that doesnt seem important for SMT to deal with.

Near where the merchant was occurring I was standing there hopped on ST job and asked Proteus to train me for naval. He then escorted me to bridge where the tryouts were occurring. Along the way I shot you guys as a small banter towards you guys that didn't effect anyone. Pretty sure the naval escorting me didn't arrest me for this also which proves this to be simple banter. You then tried to RDM after this occurred. 


Also I believe the source of this is coming from when I removed dark from my clan (Post for removing and replacing is still being processed) which really makes this petty and unprofessional. If you are being this petty for me removing you off my clan then my question is: How are you a vice commander?

I do agree that this is a small report but as you should know with the ranks that you hold and have held in the past that that isn't behavior that should be tolerated in my opinion. I wouldn't of brought this to the forums but I did so for multiple reasons. I was told previously that staff couldn't punish other staff members in game without management permission and was easier to do it in the forums. Secondly, I was sure you would bring up some sort of bias and therefore bringing it to the forums would end with the least bias decision.

That has nothing to do with this, as I told you in in-game PMs I understood why you where doing it and was fine with it. Sure I payed a good amount of my money to help pay the additions but if that's all I loose in the over $1500 I've donated to this great community, I'll be more then happy. When you join a CC or a clan (at least for me) you always know that that is something that could happen and I was prepared for it incase it happened. Actually if you would of asked me, I would of payed to remove myself.

I think the backlash from Pepper and Dark need to stop, I get why and it's so ridiculous. We all used to be friends, even so I agree that somebody shouldn't go running around ARDMing for no reason but I also think this is a petty report and wasn't necessary. 

I really can't take anyone's side here, considering it's very childish.

I personally think they both need a firm talking to in TS to get this sorted out.

On the other note I mean absolutely no offense to either one of them.

The clip you provided was posted on the 30th of August, Why didn't you report this then? This just seems you guys are joining in with a hefty grudge, having petty arguments as shown clearly above with each others disliking's.

Whilst the evidence is clear of ARDMx2, I do not see how this is professional at all, Especially from a Senior Admin, Senior Support Supervisor & Senior Forum Diplomat, just looks like you've gone out of your way to practically piss him off and cause more issues.


- +Support as Pepper did break the rules, however both individuals are in the wrong and both must be punished fairly.

Solely due to the fact I can't ping Dark I'll be pinging @StrikerHD in his stead.

Overall this entire argument from the perspective of the Forum Diplomat team & SMT this is just turning into a witch hunting feast especially due to @VALoons bringing in a clip around a month & more ago. As a Senior Admin & so of Gaminglight we don't understand why you didn't make a report in game especially since you could've, in SMT's opinion you handled this beyond poorly.

BUT

@Dr. Pepper didn't handle this well either, not only did you shoot two people but you also responded in a poor manner to the clip brought by Valoons.

Due to the present nature of this report it'll now be registered Null. Though the reported Party will be spoken too.
