How would this change better the server? - The cells in D-block currently serve no purpose but to frustrate D-class that would much rather be doing anything else. If you are in big enough trouble that you have been detained by 912 it is better to die than to wait five minutes for someone to uncuff and release you. D-class have no NLR and CC's have one minute NLR. Being cuffed and shoved in a cell is literally worse than death. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Anyone looking to have fun as a D-class. Have friends break you out. 912 has NLR time of 3 minutes and is killable - I have needed those cells as MTF at times because security tends to put one or two in there for E-11/Nu-7 during partial out of the groups coming up to riot.
