Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?I wanna be the next Vice Sovereign for a multitude of reasons. For starters, I wanna see our battalion thrive with activity, discipline, and performance. Nothing puts my mind at ease then to know that I have Royal Guards who are on, properly trained, and are actively engaged with their duties of protecting/guarding their VIP. As a Vice Sovereign if I were to be chosen, I would be able to do a lot more for my battalion. As of current, I reside as a Major in rank equivalency within the Royal Guard, and for as much as I'm able to do, I'd be able to do a lot more given I become your next pick for the Vice Sovereign position. I look forward to having strengthened relations with any and all other battalions, whether that be through orchestrating Simulations, Trainings, or even Dueling Sessions with other battalions such as IQ, and Purge, or even just sitting down with other Battalion leaders and conversing with one another about how we could better our relations. I've now officially been with the Royal Guard for about 2 exceedingly great and memorable months. I can genuinely say that it's been the best 2 months I've had all year so far because of all the new friends I've made along the way, and things I've learned as I've come up with while being a Royal Guard. As a major in rank equivalency within the Royal Guard, there is only so much that I am physically able to do, and I'd love to be able to do more and help out in every little way that I can, to inevitably better the Royal Guard as a battalion of hardworking, dedicated, and honorable guard's that dedicate their time, to ensuring the protection of Emperor Palpatine, Lord Vader, and all the VIP's that come with it. At the end of the day, to be frank, I just want what's best for Royal Guard and wanna do everything within my power to make it best as it could possibly be. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 3, almost 4 weeks total game time on the server. My join date for the Royal Guard was February 5th, 2021.https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/982840506 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Sovereign/Vice Commander position is to assist in overseeing day to day battalion operations which can stem anywhere from leading their battalion through operations to mission accomplishment, heading an operations drive process, or influencing leadership actions such as issuing broad guidance rather than detailed directions or orders. To be in a Commander/Vice Commander position is to be in charge, to take action and lead the battalion down the best possible route and to ensure positive outcome regardless of any events that may or may not transpire down the road as hardships will obviously occur at one point or another. To be in a position of command over your battalion is to also ensure that any and all complains with your battalion are seen, heard, and taken care of as swiftly as possible and as stated above issued broad guidance or even consequences if absolutely necessary. Overall the main purpose of being a Commander/Vice Commander for your branch or battalion is to ensure that day to day operations are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, as well as upholding positive relations with other battalions and ensuring that those within your branch or battalion are satisfied and eager to work to their best capability at any and all times. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I whole-heartedly believe that there are numerous reasons as to why I can be trusted to lead the Royal Guard as the next Vice Sovereign. I am always making sure Royal Guards are following SOP's, maintaining and upholding imperial law, and being encouraged to work as best as possible at any given time while on the job. I've been with the Royal Guard now for about 2 months, and I am on all the time and enjoying every second that I am on training people who need to be trained, hosting sims, dueling sessions, and last but not least displaying an incredible amount of leadership and the best direction I believe RG should be headed towards.Most people in the community that do know who I am, know that I am very seriously dedicated to RG. I've always wanted nothing but the best for it, and I wanna see it reach incredible heights. I've been with RG through it's hardships that it's had since I've been here, and it's amazing moments. I genuinely feel for the battalion and everyone within the battalion. I absolutely love to hop on for 10's of hours at a time, and lead patrols, trainings, sessions of any sort etc... I've been an Officer for about a month now, and Major for quite a while as well now, and honestly given the fact that we have currently one command member who is SMT and in an acting position to assist us until a Vice Sovereign is instated, I'd love to think this the next move for me, and RG as a whole. I would love absolutely nothing more then to be given the gracious honor of leading the Royal Guard if chosen, as the next official Vice Sovereign. Finally, the Royal Guard is my main battalion, my main function, and my main priority at all times, and will remain that way whether or not I am Accepted/Denied for the Vice Sovereign position that I am applying for. 7. How often can you be Online? I am on almost every day for multiple hours at a time if not tens of hours and quite literally always on discord and reachable. Whether I am or am not to receive this position would have 0 effect/change on my activity. 8.
