Reduce time to kill

What you want to see? - I want to see the TTK (Time To Kill) to be reduced by a TON. Now there are two ways of doing it- either getting rid of armor entirely (you have to realize the way armor works is that it takes the base damage of your shot and gives .20% of to your health and .80%/2 to your armor. If you do the math with a 35dmg shot it would take 10 shots to killsome where it would otherwise be 3) or just muiltiply the damage so it can kill someone in armor in 3-5 shots (the problem with that is that anyone with no armor would be insta-killed)

Why should we add it? - Ok the current reason why people see the police as OP is because it takes over a second to killsome one in 100% armor- granted you dont f*ck up with the csgo spread and end up shooting their feet then it would take even longer- so the TTK is long enough that if you had a squad of cops coming for your ass and you started shooting one of them- that guy and his friends have MORE then enough time to respond and shoot you to death that is not how it should be. THIS is what should happen if a squad does an unorginized rush i have seen only too many times. 

What are the advantages of having this? - If everyone dies in 3-5 shots it would make the cops obvious number advantage not as much of a game changer and would allow criminals a (more) fair chance of fending off cops with positioning and a good aim while forcing cops to get more orginised and beat the criminals using a mixture of gernades, riotshields, and tatics.

Who is it mainly for? - Cops, criminals, and everything in between that uses a gun.

well heres the thing- yes the cops would be at the dissadvantage but thats the point! Think about it you are going into a building where the enemy has cover, traps, and automatic weapons. Not to mention you have no idea where the enemy or their traps are. The part of why CT forces are so effective is that they have the weapons, gear, and communication to press through the uphill battle. Basicly if you rush in with shottys and breaching charges and no communication you should be punished for that. If you carefully go in with flashbangs, smokegernades, communication and a guy leading with a riotshild to eat up bullets, your gonna easily win (also realize that you still have numbers, so even though if you die quicker you can still overwelm your enemy as long as you dont mindlessly rush in in a straight line like you saw in that video)

Adds Realism, in real life if a bad guy pulled out a gun and a cop shot him 3-4 times he would be on the ground struggling, possibly about to die.

Makes everyone take there lives into perspective, they can decide to be smart and catch the cop gun down or he can face a skilled cop and possibly get killed.

If we do this, people will not like it, they will complain, and they will just have to learn that the server needs to be more serious if they want the minges out.

Conclusion

The server I think needs to be more serious, minges do not come to serious servers, if they do they are picked out immediately because I mean, they're a minge.
