From what I know PD would never pull over any other Government Vehicle, which begs the question why were they can someone tell me why they are allowed to if they are even allowed too. Thank you. Posted July 7, 2018 Share Posted July 7, 2018 If you're PD pulling over people in other departments (whilst they're obviously on duty) i'd say you're only doing that because you have a grudge against that person. Depending on the ranking of the PD officer, he either wasn't thinking, was mad, or simply had a grudge. Swat has things to do, No sense if pulling over tactical units when you're not supposed to.
